CAP is excited to announce that we are currently hiring a 0.8 FTE (32hrs) Bilingual MAI Latinx Health & Housing Services Specialist. Responsibilities include: assessing client needs and adherence to HIV medications on a regular basis; supporting clients in building health literacy skills; providing information and referral; developing individual goal plans and assisting clients in carrying out the activities to achieve their goals; completing and processing CAP emergency rent assistance applications; mediation and direct communication with landlords; completing forms, and entering data into agency databases in a timely and accurate manner.
Successful candidates will have:
COMPENSATION: $22.21/hourly ($36,957 annually), Non-exempt
NOTE: This position is part of a union-represented bargaining unit. The compensation, benefits, and conditions of work for this position are collectively bargained.
