Janitor/Maintenance (3999)

Summary

Responsible for maintenance and cleaning of the building.

Essential Functions

1.      Service, clean, and supply restrooms; gather and empty trash

2.      Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming

3.      Clean windows, glass partitions, windows

4.      Service, clean, and wash company vehicles

5.      Notify managers concerning the need for repairs or additions to building operating system. Request supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.

Supervisory Responsibility

Reports directly to the Sr. Business Operations Manager

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a Part Time position. Actual hours and schedule may vary.

 Required Education and Experience

1.      Prior experience preferred.
