We proudly deliver high-quality, culturally responsive whole-person and advance health care equity for underserved communities and are seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Primary Care Physician to join our multidisciplinary team.

 As a Primary Care Physician at AACI, your care will cover all ages—from youth to seniors—assisting with physical exams, developing individualized treatment plans, and supporting chronic disease management through patient education and self-care guidance. You will represent AACI at community health events and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including our behavioral health and community wellness staff.

 Salary: $263,000 - $300,000 (40-hour full-time) based on years of licensure.

 Qualifications

• Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialty
• Active, unrestricted California medical license and DEA registration
• Minimum 2 years of primary care clinical experience
