They will adapt processes and implement recommended practices to improve effectiveness based on their in-depth understanding of related policies and procedures.   RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE Manages constituent data and revenue coding, to include donor and third-party partner information, and development of marketing campaign tracking structure in the constituent management system. Provide revenue reporting from the constituent management system and support analysis of revenue-generating programs. Processes financial transactions and adjustments in the financial system for all revenue entries. Supports financial reporting, campaign-level reporting, and high-level leadership dashboard reporting. Ensures compliance with TNC policies and procedures, and external (donor/legal/IRS) requirements. Fields questions from the division on revenue and financial transaction support, and provides training. Manages projects with several variables, set realistic deadlines, manage a timeline, and ensure accountability. Acts independently within broad program goals to prioritize tasks in the absence of specific instructions and exercise independent judgment to identify and solve problems. RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE Working with the Chief Conservation Office team, help develop and implement an internal communications plan for TNC’s global conservation strategy and its scientific underpinning and the narrative that makes it come alive. This includes supporting the rollout of a training program for staff so they are confident, clear communicators about our work. Help lead event creation and storytelling that inspires staff about our conservation work. Curate, produce and coordinate conservation and science content across all channels including TNC’s Intranet, social media platform, live virtual events, and all-staff email and e-newsletter. Types of content includes blogs, short videos, live virtual events, social media posts, all-staff emails, all-staff newsletter, presentations and Intranet sites. Provide coaching, writing support, event production and talking points to leaders serving as spokesperson(s) in internal channels. Help develop major updates from TNC conservation executives to the all-staff audience that may be delivered in writing, by recorded video message or during live virtual events. Manage TNC’s Executive Council’s Virtual Office Hours’ planning and promotion internally. Coordinate a group of internal communications colleagues across regions and global teams to increase collaboration and information sharing and to gather examples of our work for all-staff channels. Act as a thought partner to conservation and science leaders on internal communications best practices to make it easier for staff to connect to our mission and one another. Ensure that our core values and diverse voices are represented in all internal communications channels from our all-staff emails to our Intranet, internal social media and live staff events.  Work across a wide spectrum of constituencies and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Develop messaging and communications that are tailored to the audience and written in simple to understand, relatable and authentic way.  Continuously challenge the messaging and channels to keep content fresh.  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum 5 years’ related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience implementing and measuring strategic communications plans. Experience communicating conservation, biodiversity issues, natural sciences or climate change. Experience creating multimedia content across different channels and formats. Experience managing stakeholder groups or project teams.
