Oversight, supervision, and leadership to the Restorative Practice Team and Assessment and Evaluation Program
Direct the managers who lead the day-to-day operations of the Assessment and Evaluation (A&E), Courtyard Cafe, and Restorative Services programs.
For the A&E Program, this includes ensuring adherence to Behavioral Rehabilitation Services (BRS) standards as set forth by Oregon Health Authority (OHA) and reviewed by regular audits.
Supervision of staff that includes:
Supervision of two A&E Managers and the A&E Program
Supervision of the Courtyard Cafe Manager and Nutrition Services Program
Supervision of the Restorative Practices Program
Manage 20% of JSD’s FTEs.

Lead in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and practices for improved outcomes.
Monitors employee compliance with policy and procedure and keeps JSD Director advised of staff issues.
Set goals and objectives for the unit in alignment with the Department’s overall mission and vision.
Continuously review and evaluate the quality of services provided by individual work teams.
Provide leadership, strategy, and advice, driving the programmatic work of the Restorative Practices team.
The Restorative Practices team includes the Hands of Wonder garden, Detention restorative practice coordinator, and Court and Community Services restorative practice coordinator.
The programmatic work includes developing and implementing restorative practice training programs, designing and facilitating, restorative circles or meetings, creating policies and procedures for restorative approaches, evaluating the effectiveness of restorative interventions, and collaborating with other internal and external stakeholders to promote restorative practices.
Provide leadership for interagency collaborations that will improve policies and procedures to better youth and families impacted by the Juvenile Justice system.
Research evidence based practices related to subject matter expertise, including topics on trauma, cultural responsivity, and reducing overrepresentation of marginalized populations in the Juvenile Justice system.

The Department of Community Justice (DCJ) is recognized as a national leader in both adult and juvenile community justice. DCJ routinely consults and makes use of evidence-based practices in our program and policy development. The Department's commitment to data-informed decision-making has led DCJ to make smart investments of taxpayer dollars in supervision, sanctions, and services for the county's highest risk and highest need justice-involved individuals. The Restorative Practices team includes the Hands of Wonder garden, Detention restorative practice coordinator, and Court and Community Services restorative practice coordinator.
The programmatic work includes developing and implementing restorative practice training programs, designing and facilitating, restorative circles or meetings, creating policies and procedures for restorative approaches, evaluating the effectiveness of restorative interventions, and collaborating with other internal and external stakeholders to promote restorative practices.
Provide leadership for interagency collaborations that will improve policies and procedures to better youth and families impacted by the Juvenile Justice system.
Research evidence based practices related to subject matter expertise, including topics on trauma, cultural responsivity, and reducing overrepresentation of marginalized populations in the Juvenile Justice system.

Position:
The Finance Coordinator is a full-time position, working directly with the Director of Finance to support accurate financial documentation and processing for the organization. The Finance Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the implementation of fiscal operations and conducting bookkeeping functions, allowing Generation Hope to best serve families nationwide.
Responsibilities:
Preliminary review of bank account’s revenue and balance sheet
Working with the Development Team to ensure thank you notes for donors and funders are accurate and are sent in a timely manner
Maintaining files and documentation thoroughly and accurately in accordance with Generation Hope’s policies and accepted accounting practices
Compiling compliance-related documents and receipts for grant reports
Leading the creation and execution of contracts with technical assistance clients and invoicing clients for timely payment
Assisting with bookkeeping tasks, data entry, tracking grant funds, and monthly departmental budget reports for the Leadership Team
Researching and resolving outstanding donation and pledge payments
Assisting with implementing new policies and procedure to streamline accounts receivable, including reviewing and analyzing expenses to ensure efficiencies
Assisting with the monthly close and reconciliation process , the annual audit, and annual budgeting processes
Other duties as assigned

Launched in 2019, Cool Food is a unique initiative which brings together a growing number of food service providers, restaurants, retailers, governments, schools, and hospitals, and help them cut their food-related greenhouse gas emissions while serving delicious food. Over the past three years, WRI has been building Cool Food’s foundation. Currently there are nearly 70 members and the next phase is to dramatically scale its impact. Finance Operations Support
Lead the documentation of financial processes including archiving files, moving files to digital workspace, documenting and logging process and videos and creating a wide range of resources for finance i.e manuals, toolkits, handbooks, user guides. Develop and log training materials, demos, procedures, and other important information for documentation to create a comprehensive Finance Resource Library.
Provide training and review of documents as needed.
Assist with annual audit preparation, including document retrieval and audit requests.
Assist the Senior Director of Accounting with the onboarding process for new department staff and new program staff. Support the development of the finance new staff onboarding process for both finance and non-finance staff to learn financial matters.
Finance Internal Partner Support
Act as a liaison for the Finance department and point of contact for internal facing financial inquiries. Track department’s point of contacts for budgets, check requests, wires and other administrative financial matters.
Support the set up and management of a single point of contact process for finance. Act as a switchboard to manage financial requests, needs and inquiries sent to Finance and create systems that track finance efficiency, response time and type of requests we manage. Follow requests from inception to closure and completion. Advise on system improvements over time and produce annual reporting on the timing, effectiveness and categories of requests coming into finance.
General Finance Duties
Support financial database administration functions and liaison work with database users and companies.
Provide backup support to all wire packets. Monitor wire tracking and analysis as needed. Monitor wires inbox and send out wires/internal transfers for processing.
Reconcile small expense/revenue accounts as needed.
Compile Stripe revenue reports as back up or as needed.
Help contribute to and track the department’s racial justice and equity work and help ensure an inclusive organizational culture.
Process weekly check requests for the Finance department.

Qualifications:

Position Overview
GreenLight Fund seeks an energetic, organized, and detail-oriented Gift Coordinator to join our External Affairs team. The Gift Coordinator is responsible for the efficient updating of donor records and accurate processing of gifts, timely acknowledgments and receipts, and filing and generating reports. The External Affairs team is led by the Vice President, External Affairs. The Gift Coordinator will report to the Manager, National and Expansion Development and will work collaboratively across the External Affairs team, Finance and Operations team and the broader GreenLight Fund network.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Gift Processing
Work with the GreenLight site teams and Finance and Operations team to maintain an accurate tracking system for gifts. The Gift Coordinator will own gift processing across the organization including:
Create and update contacts in Salesforce for new donors and gifts.
Generate, send and track invoices for pledged gifts.
Process gifts received by check, wire, stock or online donation.
Track gift receipts in Salesforce.
Accurately code gifts in Sage Intacct accounting system.
Generate and send acknowledgement letters and tax receipt language and ensure strong communication with each local GreenLight team.
Generate regular (automated) reports to communicate across GreenLight organization;
Find efficiencies and automations across the gift processing sequence and prioritize strong communication with GreenLight site teams and national departments.
National External Affairs Team
Collaborate with External Affairs staff by informing the ongoing refinement and continuous improvement of the external affairs resource library by maintaining active feedback loops between sites and the external affairs team.
Participate in cross-functional work groups and collaborate on special projects that advance key organizational priorities.
Provide occasional coverage for the site support manager, as needed, especially when special projects arise.

Position Overview
GreenLight Fund seeks an energetic, organized, and detail-oriented Gift Coordinator to join our External Affairs team. The Gift Coordinator is responsible for the efficient updating of donor records and accurate processing of gifts, timely acknowledgments and receipts, and filing and generating reports. The External Affairs team is led by the Vice President, External Affairs. The Gift Coordinator will report to the Manager, National and Expansion Development and will work collaboratively across the External Affairs team, Finance and Operations team and the broader GreenLight Fund network.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Gift Processing
Work with the GreenLight site teams and Finance and Operations team to maintain an accurate tracking system for gifts. The Gift Coordinator will own gift processing across the organization including:
Create and update contacts in Salesforce for new donors and gifts.
Generate, send and track invoices for pledged gifts.
Process gifts received by check, wire, stock or online donation.
Track gift receipts in Salesforce.
Accurately code gifts in Sage Intacct accounting system.
Generate and send acknowledgement letters and tax receipt language and ensure strong communication with each local GreenLight team.
Generate regular (automated) reports to communicate across GreenLight organization;
Find efficiencies and automations across the gift processing sequence and prioritize strong communication with GreenLight site teams and national departments.
National External Affairs Team
Collaborate with External Affairs staff by informing the ongoing refinement and continuous improvement of the external affairs resource library by maintaining active feedback loops between sites and the external affairs team.
Participate in cross-functional work groups and collaborate on special projects that advance key organizational priorities.
Provide occasional coverage for the site support manager, as needed, especially when special projects arise.
Support special projects to improve the effectiveness of fundraising and donor relations.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of data entry experience.
