The Clinician is a motivated, culturally sensitive individual who is dedicated to the care of international children living in the United States. The Lead Clinician will be a key member of the Juntos treatment team. They will facilitate coordination between all disciplines within the facility. This individual will recruit, train, and provide structured and unstructured clinical supervision of therapy, education, case management, adjunct, and ancillary services. The schedule for this position is generally Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. However, the Lead Clinician position requires on-call rotation for 24 hours for clinical intervention.

3 - 5 years of experience working with the program population or relevant direct service delivery, along with experience in individual, group, and family therapy for youth and families, preferably in a residential setting.
