NEVADA GET OUT THE VOTE MANAGER - 2020 CYCLE POSITION

America Votes Nevada is seeking a well-organized self-starter for the 2020 election cycle as a full-time position as Get Out The Vote Manager. The Nevada Get Out The Vote Manager plays a key role in the advancement of the progressive movement in the state, including supporting the growth and effectiveness of coalition direct voters contact programs. The Get Out The Vote Manager will support the America Votes Coalition partners and their planning and program implementation for the final phase of the 2020 electoral campaign. We seek an individual with a combination of technical and political skills to join the growing team to support the management of these services and work with state partner groups and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with the ability to forge strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, and a commitment to fostering trust and respect with partner organizations. This position will also support program implementation and reporting across the state coalition, including working directly with America Votes partners and allies in the state to facilitate best practices and the incorporation of research-tested tactics. This position reports to the consulting state director and ends on December 31, 2020.
