Association’s Mission: To lead and position community clinics, health centers and networks through advocacy, education, and services as key players in the health care delivery system to improve the health status of their communities.
Purpose of Position: Responsible for all human resource related matters, including the development and interpretation of personnel policies, procedures and practices, recruitment, employee benefits and payroll administration, monitoring employee relations issues, processing of all personnel actions and day‐to‐ day human resources operations and supporting staff professional developmental needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
Administer compensation and benefit plans
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes and onboarding
Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding functions
Provide support to employees in various HR‐related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Assist in development, implementation, and interpretation of human resource policies and platforms
Undertake tasks around performance management
Develop onboarding programs that familiarize new employees with workplace policies and provide any specific training needed for the role.
Determine, create, and procure the ongoing programs and learning tools necessary to help all employees professionally develop their skills and garner the knowledge they need to perform well in their job roles and advance in their career trajectories
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews and train employees on evaluation software system
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of five years human resources or equivalent experience. Relevant experience or HR Certification may be considered in lieu of degree requirement.
Salary: $87,840 + Excellent Benefits
