Job Summary
Our Permit Services Program Manager II is customer-focused. In this position, you will drive organizational change to better serve our customers. Your department is the first contact with applicants and developers and your staff will assist them with submitting land-use and building permits.
One of your focuses will be to manage and oversee the application requirements, policies, and procedures and collaborate with Development Engineering, Land-Use, and the Building Safety division to ensure a smooth permitting process for our applicants while understanding our stakeholder's needs.

Salary Grade: M2.827 ($6,543.00 - $9,244.00) per month
