The Oregon Health Authority (OHA), Public Health Division (PHD), Adolescent, Genetic and Reproductive Health (ARGH) Section is recruiting for two Fiscal Analysts to coordinate financial and contractual duties of the AGRH section. The AGRH section promotes health, well-being, and quality of life for all Oregonians. Through the development and use of evidence-based policies, tools, educational resources, programs, and clinical preventive services AGRH supports the health and development of adolescents, and sexual and reproductive health across the lifespan.
Most of this work may be conducted remotely at an alternate worksite with full access to the needed operating systems and technology. However, there are times that the work will need to be conducted at the primary work location listed in this announcement, the Portland State Office Building located at 800 NE Oregon Street, Portland, OR 97232. Work location can be changed at any time at the discretion of the hiring manager.
What will you do?
As a Fiscal Analyst, you will provide financial systems design, development, implementation, and maintenance. In addition, you will deliver technical consultation and guidance to a wide variety of staff, local agencies, local health departments, health care providers, grantees, and contractors in support of grant and contract awards, monitoring, and negotiation. This position functions as liaison to supervisory, management and contract administration staff as well as Public Health Fiscal Services.
