Why is this role important?

This position is a critical member of the Instructional Design team at PresenceLearning and will be responsible for developing, deploying, and managing instructional content across several distribution channels. 

What will you do at PresenceLearning?

• Develop instructional assets in close collaboration with instructional designers. In this capacity you will transform content outlines and storyboards into user-facing e-learning content and instructional assets to include courseware, graphics, help articles, job aids, user guides and assessments. (70%)
  
  
• Manage the maintenance and performance of an existing portfolio of instructional technologiesand assets including but not limited to the LMS, Help Center and User Guiding Platforms. In this role you will monitor and track platform and asset performance to department KPIs. Identify gaps and opportunities to leadership and perform maintenance activities such as course set up and archiving. (30%)
  
  

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone that can add immediate value to our team with a portfolio that can speak to the following skill sets and traits. 

• Tech Skills: Articulate Storyline or Adobe Suite (Captivate, Illustrator, Indesign, Audition, Premiere) Powerpoint, Excel. You are also familiar with industry standards, including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, xAPI and SCORM.
• Process oriented and analytical- you love a good spreadsheet (Excel) and can turn data into tangible insights. 
• Creative- you have an eye for graphic design and can turn our team’s plans into something both functional and beautiful. 
• Technologist at heart- you will tinker and test and figure things out. You’ll reach out to people so you can get the help you need. 
• Efficient- you set up efficient work systems so nothing takes longer than it needs to. 
• Experienced: You’ve been around the block when it comes to structuring and segmenting content and learner experiences either through LMS administration or Help Center administration. 
• A Can Do attitude: You leave the ego at the door, enjoy working in a collaborative and iterative environment, you have strong problem-solving skills and plans that change don’t stress you out.   

Position Details

• PresenceLearning's home office is located in New York City and our clients are located throughout the U.S. 
• Occasional travel may be required (post-COVID) for internal offsite meetings
