Basic Function
Assists with the day-to-day operations of the University of Wyoming’s Sports Medicine Department. Assist all Sports Medicine personnel as needed/required including, but not limited to, providing operational support for the Medical Director/Primary Care Physician.

Maintains CPR/AED/First Aid certifications.
Maintains a thorough knowledge of and adheres to all applicable University, conference and NCAA rules and regulations.
Assists with other duties/projects as assigned/directed.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (conferred by start date) or equivalent combination of education & work experience
CPR/AED/First Aid Certifications (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)

POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direct supervision of the Utilization Manager and in collaboration with all Clinic Directors, the Medical Records Coordinator (MRC) is responsible for managing the medical records for all APLA Health & Wellness clinics, including preparing, scanning, and retrieving patient health records in response to internal and external requests. The medical records coordinator reviews medical records for compliance with approved policies and responds to medical records requests per APLA Health & Wellness medical records protocols/policies. The MRC is also responsible for eCW fax management for all APLA Health & Wellness clinic sites.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responds to requests for patient records, both within the facility and by external sources, retrieving them and transmitting them appropriately.
Creates digital images of paperwork to be stored in the electronic medical record.
Responsible for safeguarding patient records and ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards.
Performs other clerical tasks as needed, such as answering phones and faxing.
Suggests means by which procedures for maintaining medical records can be improved upon.
Monitor a centralized eCW fax and appropriately distribute received records/information.
Ensures that it is easy to troubleshoot problems relating to the maintenance and regular update of medical records.
Contribute to departmental quality initiative or similar projects.
Act as back-up for referral coordinators when needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
Training and Experience:
Required: High school diploma or GED. A minimum of one year of experience in a community-based organization, clinic, dental office, or healthcare related field. Must be bilingual in Spanish.
Preferred: Completion of Associate degree in Health Administration, related field of academic discipline, or possession of a certificate in Medical Assistant. Experience working with multiple benefits coverage programs including private insurance and government programs. Possession of proven organization, mathematical, and analytical skills; strong time management skills, effective interpersonal, communication skills and problem-solving skills; proven documentation and data entry management skills.
Knowledge of:
Advance computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel; HIV disease, other health disparities and co-occurring disorders, Los Angeles County HIV and primary care service delivery system, HIPAA and OSHA guidelines, medical office filing systems, quality management and basic knowledge of the eClinicalWorks Electronic Health Record system. Knowledge of managed care eligibility and authorization process. Understanding of quality assurance and performance improvement procedures. Familiarity with medical terminology and diagnosis/procedure codes. Knowledge of office billing procedures.
Ability to:
Participate as an effective member of a large service-providing agency; demonstrate non-judgment and compassion towards people, especially low-income individuals, members of the LGBTQ communities, and individuals living with HIV. Maintain confidentiality of clients; complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision; demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills; and operate standard office equipment; perform word processing and data entry tasks on a personal computer; and meet assigned deadlines. Medical records coordinators must have strong attention to detail to ensure patient records are complete and accurate. Ability to keep the medical records of patients in confidence without divulging it to unauthorized persons; ability to take the initiative where and when necessary. Position Overview and Responsibilities
United States of Care (USofCare) seeks an experienced professional to join our virtual team in the newly created position of Executive Office and Events Coordinator. The Executive Office and Events Coordinator will play a unique role in supporting the CEO and Events Department to advance our mission, elevate our people-centered brand, and amplify our impact.
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the Coordinator will provide executive and administrative support to the CEO (70% of the role), including managing the CEO’s high volume calendar, scheduling requests, and travel. The Coordinator will provide general administrative support, as well as work cross-departmentally to prepare the CEO for internal and external meetings; support the CEO for events and activities; initiate draft proposals, agendas, presentations, and plans from brainstorming and strategic planning sessions. They will assist in prioritizing conflicting needs and responsibilities to help the CEO stay aligned with the organizational strategy; support the Chief of Staff in managing the Board of Directors; and provide other general administrative support as needed to improve the workflow of the Executive Office.
This position will also work closely with the Director of Events & Experiences to help execute USofCare’s events programming, brand building efforts, and network impact initiatives (30% of the role). USofCare is committed to equity in our compensation policy. The salary range for this position is $55,000 – $64,000/year depending on experience.

This position is full-time and is fully remote. USofCare is a virtual team, however this position is based in the Washington, DC or DMV area.
While the Coordinator’s set schedule will be 9am-5pm ET Monday-Friday, they will be expected to be responsive to the CEO as needed including, at times, outside of these hours. The ability to travel occasionally and be available on occasional nights and weekends as the event schedule requires is expected of this position.

Position Overview and Responsibilities
United States of Care (USofCare) seeks an experienced professional to join our virtual team in the newly created position of Executive Office and Events Coordinator. The Executive Office and Events Coordinator will play a unique role in supporting the CEO and Events Department to advance our mission, elevate our people-centered brand, and amplify our impact.
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the Coordinator will provide executive and administrative support to the CEO (70% of the role), including managing the CEO’s high volume calendar, scheduling requests, and travel. The Coordinator will provide general administrative support, as well as work cross-departmentally to prepare the CEO for internal and external meetings; support the CEO for events and activities; initiate draft proposals, agendas, presentations, and plans from brainstorming and strategic planning sessions. They will assist in prioritizing conflicting needs and responsibilities to help the CEO stay aligned with the organizational strategy; support the Chief of Staff in managing the Board of Directors; and provide other general administrative support as needed to improve the workflow of the Executive Office.

Job Summary
The Advancement Services Program Coordinator is the operational lead and an integral member of the energetic and collaborative Drexel University Institutional Advancement (IA) team at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children (SCHC). The Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the team and running the office under the direction and supervision of the Assistant Vice President of Development. The Business and Community Education department is looking for a Lab Assistant to join their team at the Automation & Robotics Center.
The Business and Community Education department provides services to the community, students and businesses looking for short-term training, continuing education, workforce training, apprenticeships, customized business training, and community resources. The Automation and Robotics Center will open at a new campus located in Waterloo, Iowa and projected to be completed by Spring 2023. It will be the first in the state to provide open lab, competency and project based training, and hands-on skill assessment with industry recognized stackable credentials. The center will be outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment and instructional programming from FANUC, Rockwell, and Amatrol. Aligning our programming with Smart Automation Certification Alliance (SACA) standards and center will serve the region. Students will be moved along their career focused pathway and businesses to their workforce goals utilizing customized training preparing each to be digitally ready for the future of advanced manufacturing.
As the Lab Assistant at the Automation & Robotics Center, you will primarily be responsible for providing assistance in the training and instructional programming of FANUC, Rockwell, and Amatrol and ensuring compliance with Smart Automation Certification Alliance (SACA) standards. This will be done by assisting students with their career focused pathway, as well as assisting businesses with their workforce goals utilizing customized training preparing each to be digitally ready for the future of advanced manufacturing. In this position you will be serving students from a broad range of cultural heritages, socioeconomic backgrounds, genders, abilities, and orientations.

Essential Job Functions
Important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Assists instructors in either classroom and/or virtual settings.
Responsible for the preparation and reset of equipment and tools in an advanced manufacturing setting for student learning.
Facilitates continuous training improvement strategies to support programs, students and businesses through technical leadership and subject matter expertise.
Assists instructors with the reinforcement of instruction of safety, robotics, electrical systems, PLC systems, motors, controls, instrumentation, automated systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical power systems, print reading, schematics and math.
Employs instructional methods and materials that are appropriate for meeting stated objectives.
Supports center projects with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintains an organized and clean instructional environment.
Practices, instructs, and enforces safe working practices.
Facilitates student learning by working to develop every student’s abilities, and designing varied and exciting learning environments.
Participates in program, curriculum, and student learning outcomes (SLO) development, revision, and assessment.
Maintains cooperative relationships with all college employees, students, community partners, clients, and affiliates.
Participates in campus committees as assigned.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Unless otherwise approved under Hawkeye’s remote work policy, regular on campus and/or onsite attendance is considered an essential function of the position.
Minimum Qualifications
Associates Degree in applicable manufacturing or other related discipline with 2000 hours and/or one (1) year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience to total three (3) years.
Must obtain SACA Industry 4.0 Associate level certification within the first 6 months of hire.
Must obtain Ignite level 6 certification within the first 6 months of hire.
Mastery of one of the key subject areas of advanced manufacturing.
Knowledge and experience using modeling software to include Solidworks, CATIA, and Autodesk.
Experience with the use of precision and non-precision measuring tools and equipment.
Experience working in a manufacturing or laboratory environment.
Experience in basic manufacturing theory.
Experience interpreting basic-to-complex engineering drawings.
Demonstrated ability work flexible hours to include days and evenings.
Demonstrated sensitivity to, and understanding of, the diverse academic, socio-economic, cultural, ethnic and disability backgrounds of community college students.
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service, maintain student confidence and protect operational integrity.
Demonstrated ability to work with a culturally diverse student population, faculty, staff, and the general public.

Working Conditions
Center hours are Monday – Friday 7am – 9pm. Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate class schedules during the building being open from 7am – 9pm which could include mornings, afternoons, evenings or a split schedule.
Work is performed either in or a combination of an office setting, classroom setting, industrial lab environment, and potential exposure to a manufacturing like space using technology. Requires good hand-eye coordination including visual acuity to use a keyboard and read technical information; arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp. Sit, stand, bend, lift and move frequently during working hours. During course of day, interact with students, faculty and staff in person, by telephone and computers.
