Pennsylvania Field Director

America Votes Pennsylvania is seeking a well-organized self-starter for a full-time position as Field Director. The Pennsylvania Field Director plays a key role in the work to coordinate field and political efforts of the state coalition and coordinate strategies between state and national partners. The Field Director plays a key role in supporting campaign strategy and direct voter contact programs for the progressive movement in the state and is responsible for supporting the year-round coordination and alignment of electoral and political work among partners and allies. The position works directly with the America Votes Pennsylvania State Director and Pennsylvania team and will support advancing team priorities and goals. The Field Director works closely with dozens of progressive partners and allies with the state’s progressive movement. This position reports directly to the State Director.
