The Event and Rental Coordinator assists in the planning of social, entertainment, educational, fundraising events, and lend support with vendors and logistics for other departments as well as interact with potential clients, answer inquiries, conduct site tours, create rental contracts.
Bachelor's degree and two years of experience; or a high school diploma/equivalency and six years of experience related to the duties of this position.
(Note: or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six years.)

This position is time-limited based on soft money funding, with renewal contingent upon available funds and the needs of the University.
The primary working hours for this position are Monday through Friday between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a one hour meal period, but please note incumbent will be required to work evenings, weekends, or holidays based on the needs of the Ringling.
This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check, to include fingerprinting. The background check will be conducted as authorized and in accordance with University Policy 4-OP-C-7-B11.
