Job Summary
This position is within the Information Technology department and will be responsible and accountable for the administration, maintenance, and support of Microsoft Office365 collaboration and productivity tools for county staff. Key job responsibilities will include administering and supporting SharePoint Online sites and architecture, implementation of new O365 productivity tools to county staff, act as technical liaison in enterprise project teams, enhancing and supporting new and existing web-facing applications; interacting with users to understand and document functional and technical requirements; support for other county applications as needed.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Requires an Associate’s degree or certifications in computer science or a related field, and at least three (3) year of experience in the discipline of application/software administration as it pertains to Microsoft Office365 products, web services and certificate support, team site administration, or a combination of experience in these disciplines. Project coordination, COTS application support, quality assurance, and leadership experience are desired. The degree must have been conferred by an institution of higher education and have National Recognition of Accrediting Agencies by the U.S. Secretary of Education, and official transcripts will be required at the time of hire. Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check.
