Job Summary
Clark County Public Works is seeking 1 Engineering Technicians to perform a variety of duties in the Preservation Management section of the Transportation Division. These positions will provide support for department engineers by performing calculations, information gathering, and record keeping.
Applicants should have an interest in transportation, to work with Clark County’s inventory data base and perform traffic engineering and operations work. Primary responsibilities include gathering field data for updating and maintaining inventory data base for the Traffic Engineering/Operations section, working closely with Clark County GIS, Clark County staff, outside agencies and other tasks as assigned.

Education and Experience:
The work environment will include both an office setting and outdoor field work with exposure to inclement weather conditions, construction site, and heavy equipment. Subject to working long hours, weekends, and evenings.
