Position Overview
The Division of Mental Health is seeking to hire a Dietary Manager II for the Treatment and Detention Facility located in Rushville, Illinois to serve as a working supervisor in the Dietary Department. Determines food service needs and orders food monthly to ensure adequate supplies of food and varieties of food are available with consideration to cultural and social needs of the individuals served. Serves as a working supervisor. Coordinates and directs proper maintenance and cleanliness of food service, preparation, and storage areas. Teaches proper preparation and service of diets. Supervises and monitors menu preparation.
