SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The MOS en Español Education fellow will deliver educational programming daily/weekly that exemplifies educational excellence and guest service so as to engage and excite our audience in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) content. In addition to working with the education team, they will participate in the project development of MOS en Español expanding the Museum's Spanish language programming onsite, online, and in the community. Through this year-long educational fellowship, they will learn about and experience science and education and their implementation in a museum, to hone informal education skills while exploring career directions.

This position is temporary, full-time, 40 hours/week, Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday from September 2022 to September 2023.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
STARTING SALARY:
Non-Exempt (Hourly). $18.25/hour.

VACCINATION POLICY:
Staff, interns, and volunteers will be required to show proof that they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment. The Museum will consider an exemption from the vaccine requirement if they are unable to get vaccinated due to a qualifying medical disability or a sincerely held religious objection.
