The Distribution Associate is passionate about delivering exceptional service in a changing environment that is focused on quality, innovation, and efficiency. The Distribution Associate is an individual contributor who is integral to the organization as they support work distribution, mail and package delivery services, light maintenance of copiers, fax and postage machines as well as provide quality printing services to all levels of Arbella.
A successful Distribution Associate builds relationships with our internal customers and gains satisfaction producing top quality work by providing best in class service to our internal and external customers. Pick up Arbella’s incoming mail, USPS, Certified and Express mail from the Quincy Post Office
Sort and deliver mail, electronic mail, and faxes to different departments
Deliver or pick up outgoing or interoffice mail at various departments throughout the buildings
Troubleshoot all equipment including clearing copier paper jams, changing ink cartridges and toner and communicating technical issues to either IT or the appropriate vendor
Proactively deliver paper to various departments throughout the buildings
Process mail through the postage and folding machine
Support the Copy Center for duplication and copying of letters, reports, business documents, etc for the organization
Sort and batch agent mail that is sent to the vendor for mailing
Research returned mail from the Post Office via the Internet, Arbella Connect or other sources
Sort and appropriately re-route misdirected mail
Maintain and order supplies for Home Office along with remote locations
Maintain an appropriate inventory supply and equipment records and re-order standard copy center supplies
Transport files or supplies between the Quincy and Randolph offices
Perform other work as required or requested by the management team
