The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) has a fantastic opportunity for two (2) experienced Solutions Development and Delivery Managers to join an excellent team and work to advance their IT operations.
The work of this role may be conducted remotely with full access to the needed operating systems and technology. Candidates must reside in the United States to work 100 % remote.
The Office of Information Service’s mission is to deliver technology solutions and services that support the Oregon Health Authority and Oregon Department of Health Services in helping Oregonians achieve health, well-being, and independence.
What you will do!
The OIS Solutions Development and Delivery Manager delivers effective and efficient enterprise solutions by leading agile application development, delivery, and maintenance teams. They manage resources and work allocation across teams and collaborate with business leaders to ensure solutions meet their needs. These services are used in the delivery and support of Health and Human Services programs.
Positions at this level lead and manage a variety of seniority levels. They work to create a culture of openness and trust and they encourage their individual staff in the areas of continuous improvement, growth, and development.
What we are looking for!
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience leading and managing technical staff.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: (Please clearly outline how you meet the minimum requirements and special qualifications in your application/resume/cover letter. Failure to do so might disqualify you from consideration)
(a) Six years of supervision, management, or progressively related experience in a technology field.
OR
(b) three years of related experience (supervision, management, or progressively related experience in a technology field) and a bachelor's degree in a related field.
