The Behavioral Health Division (BHD) is seeking someone with evaluative and planning experience to provide development, implementation and accountability of the implementation of 988 and the behavioral health crisis service system in Oregon as directed to OHA under HB 2417.

Most of this work may be conducted remotely at an alternate worksite with full access to the needed operating systems and technology. However, there may be times that the work will need to be conducted in-person for meetings or public hearings where virtual meeting is not an option. This may require some in-state travel, overnight stays, and work outside of the normal operating hours. Work location can be changed at any time at the discretion of the hiring manager.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Minimum Qualifications
Any combination of experience and education equivalent to seven years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work.
Example:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and four years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work.
