As the Director of Disability Support Services (DSS) for Accommodations and Support Services, you will assist with leadership and direction for FRCC’s Disability Support Services department. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Disability Support Services, you will manage DSS coordinators and all services related to providing accommodations and disability-related supports to students with a commitment to delivering high quality services to students and the community.

This position is the first point of contact for most students who engage with Disability Support Services (DAC) office at Clark College. DAC invites students with disabilities to engage in our process of requesting course accommodations. The goal is to address disability barriers and strive for equal access to their education. Serve as initial point of contact for DAC in primary customer services role. Includes: Support students in on-boarding and accessing existing accommodations. Make appropriate referrals. Schedule appointments using Bookings.
Problem solve student issues. Provide clear and accurate information on DAC and college policies/procedures via email, telephone, and in person.
Maintain accurate documentation related to coordinating student accommodations and DAC program. Includes: maintain AIM database, compile data, and provide a variety of reports. Maintain a variety of student records and coding students in ctcLink for data tracking. In partnership with Director, support website updates as has capacity.
Coordinate DAC activities/accommodations such as furniture, notetaking supports, priority registration, and equipment loan. Assist with AIM accommodation letter process.
Serve as a committee member on the records retention team.
Input purchase orders in campus ctcLink, periodically assist department with other ctcLink processes, track expenses on department spreadsheet, assist with department requests to other areas of the college such as facilities, IT, communications. Organize, monitor, and/or order office supplies.
Cross trained to provide customer services to two Student Affairs departments.
Support in person check-in for Student Success Coaches while hosting the DAC front desk; inform students how to schedule appointments online. Provide phone and provide email support when Counseling and Health Program Coordinator is absent; share basic info and/or take messages.

Clark College is currently accepting applications for a full-time, permanent classified Program Coordinator. This position is the first point of contact for most students who engage with Disability Support Services (DAC) office at Clark College. DAC invites students with disabilities to engage in our process of requesting course accommodations. The goal is to address disability barriers and strive for equal access to their education. DAC will primarily focus on approving and providing student disability accommodations for classes, in partnership with faculty. This position will also as serve as a resource to the campus community to strive to make Clark College accessible for students with disabilities. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Serve as initial point of contact for DAC in primary customer services role. Includes: Support students in on-boarding and accessing existing accommodations. Make appropriate referrals. Schedule appointments using Bookings.
Problem solve student issues. Provide clear and accurate information on DAC and college policies/procedures via email, telephone, and in person.
Maintain accurate documentation related to coordinating student accommodations and DAC program. Includes: maintain AIM database, compile data, and provide a variety of reports. Maintain a variety of student records and coding students in ctcLink for data tracking. In partnership with Director, support website updates as has capacity.
Coordinate DAC activities/accommodations such as furniture, notetaking supports, priority registration, and equipment loan. Assist with AIM accommodation letter process.
Serve as a committee member on the records retention team.
Input purchase orders in campus ctcLink, periodically assist department with other ctcLink processes, track expenses on department spreadsheet, assist with department requests to other areas of the college such as facilities, IT, communications. Organize, monitor, and/or order office supplies.
Cross trained to provide customer services to two Student Affairs departments.
Support in person check-in for Student Success Coaches while hosting the DAC front desk; inform students how to schedule appointments online. Provide phone and provide email support when Counseling and Health Program Coordinator is absent; share basic info and/or take messages.
Perform related duties as required.

TRIO Upward Bound (UB), a federally funded TRIO program, is designed to assist high school students from first generation and low-income backgrounds to complete secondary school and enter postsecondary education programs. Position Overview
The Division of Mental Health is seeking to hire a Health Information Administrator for the Madden Mental Health Center located in Hines, Illinois to serve as Medical Records Director to provide professional direction to the overall Health Information Services program for 24/7 residential center. Monitors compliance with applicable statues, rules, regulations and standards of regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies. Supervises the Health Information Unit of the Hospital and Placement Resources. Responds to correspondence and inquiries regarding current and former patients. Serves as the Hospital’s Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) coordinator and Privacy Officer. Serves on Hospital and State-wide committees. Coordinates the Health Information aspect of all court activities.
Essential Functions
Serves as the Medical Records Director. Provides professional direction to the overall Health Information Services program for 24/7 residential Madden Mental Health Center.
Serves as a working supervisor.
Reviews case records to verify court documents have been prepared, signed and supporting documentation is included.
Serves as the HIPPA Program Coordinator and Privacy officer.
Monitors the Hospital Records Retention process.
Attends and participates in all mandatory training.
Performs other duties as assigned or required which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications
Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to four (4) years of college and certification by the American Health Information Management Association as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) and one (1) year of professional experience in a health information records facility; OR Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to four (4) years of high school, completion of an approved medical records training program plus certification by the American Health Information Management Association as a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience as an RHIT in management of a medical records program.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Chief Clinical Operations Officer, the Contact Center Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the contact center and supervision of the contact center specialists. Analyze contact center data and prepare reports for clinic/upper management.
Evaluate staff effectiveness and perform regular check-ins and performance evaluations with direct reports annually and on an as-needed basis.
Lead team meetings and give presentations to clinic management as requested.
Analyze, establish, implement, and monitor operational goals using statistical data to determine workload, productivity, and effectiveness of the contact center team.
Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual contact center goals and action plans.
Prepare work schedule to ensure efficient coverage.
Exhibit cultural competency with the LGBTQ+ population, underrepresented and underserved communities, and populations living with/at high risk of contracting HIV.
Create personnel and supply budgets for approval.
Work with the referral coordinator and/or referring agencies to coordinate patient appointments.
Work with the front office administrators to coordinate ED/ER follow up patient appointments.
Coordinate auxiliary services to assist patients with barriers to access to healthcare (e.g. interpreter services, transportation).

Position Overview
The Division of Developmental Disabilities is seeking to hire an energetic and detail-oriented Behavioral Health Coordinator to plan, develop, organize and administer Behavioral Health Functions for the Shapiro Center located in Kankakee, Illinois. This position will provide direction and consultation services on completion of functional analyses and subsequent development implementation of Behavioral Intervention Plans for individuals served at Shapiro. The Shapiro Center serves a broad spectrum of individual with behavioral and medical needs. The Shapiro Center strives to provide equitable access to social/human services, supports, programs and resources to enhance the lives of all who we serve.
Essential Functions
Serves as Behavioral Health Coordinator.
Serves as full-line supervisor.
Serves as liaison with consulting psychiatrist and primary physician.

Position Overview
The Division of Developmental Disabilities is seeking to hire an energetic and detail-oriented Behavioral Health Coordinator to plan, develop, organize and administer Behavioral Health Functions for the Shapiro Center located in Kankakee, Illinois. This position will provide direction and consultation services on completion of functional analyses and subsequent development implementation of Behavioral Intervention Plans for individuals served at Shapiro. The Shapiro Center serves a broad spectrum of individual with behavioral and medical needs. The Shapiro Center strives to provide equitable access to social/human services, supports, programs and resources to enhance the lives of all who we serve.
Essential Functions
Serves as Behavioral Health Coordinator.
Serves as full-line supervisor.
Serves as liaison with consulting psychiatrist and primary physician.
Monitors and supervises the Interdisciplinary Team Leaders.
Serves on Shapiro Center Administrative and Executive Committees.
Serves as liaison to Community Agencies.
Serves as Administrator on Duty (AOD) after business hours, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis.
Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications
Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of four (4) years of college.
Requires three (3) years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a health or human services organization.
Preferred Qualifications
Three (3) years of professional experience planning, developing, organizing, and administering Behavioral Health functions for a public or private organization.
Three (3) years of professional supervisory experience, including assigning work, providing guidance to subordinates, recommending counseling and/or discipline following collective bargaining agreements, training staff and approving time off.
Three (3) years of professional experience exercising judgment and discretion in recommending policies and procedures relative to behavioral health.
Three (3) years of professional experience recommending behavioral intervention plans for a public or private organization.
Three (3) years of professional experience designing training materials and conducting training in behavioral techniques.
Two (2) years of professional experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders on complex cases.

Coordinate with the various College departments and provide technical assistance towards the maintenance of the Continuity of Operations Plan.
Make public presentations on emergency management topics.
Serve as resource providing program information and technical assistance to program participants, staff and outside agencies.
Coordinate efforts with Facilities Services and the Information Technology department related to the maintenance and improvement of the College’s mass notification systems.
Foster relationships to sustain collaboration with key departments in the College as well as partners in the community.
Attend meetings and conferences as Emergency Management representative.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of the emergency management program, plan, and procedures.
Ensure that the College’s emergency program maintains compliance with the requirements of the Clery Act.
Review, change and/or develop plans, maps, protocols and procedures as needed.
Organize emergency response exercises and assessments. Review results and coordinate improvement efforts.
Plan and support the implementation of all regular meetings and training sessions for the Emergency Management Planning Committee, response groups, and other preparedness and response stakeholders.
Recruit and support volunteers for response groups (e.g. Emergency Building Coordinators, Incident Management Team, etc.). To include facilitating ongoing training and team meetings.
Inspect and inventory the College's emergency management facilities, equipment and supplies to determine their operational and functional capabilities in emergency situations.
Keep informed of internal and external activities or changes that could affect the likelihood of an emergency, as well as those that could affect response efforts and details of implementation.
Represent the Director of Security and Safety in daily business at staff or college meetings or conferences with the general public relating to Emergency Management at the College.
Coordinate with the various College departments and provide technical assistance towards the maintenance of the Continuity of Operations Plan.
Make public presentations on emergency management topics.
Serve as resource providing program information and technical assistance to program participants, staff and outside agencies.
Coordinate efforts with Facilities Services and the Information Technology department related to the maintenance and improvement of the College’s mass notification systems.
Foster relationships to sustain collaboration with key departments in the College as well as partners in the community.
Attend meetings and conferences as Emergency Management representative.
Work with internal and external partners to update the emergency response guide and emergency operations plan.
Prepare training and promotion materials to familiarize the college community with the College’s emergency management program and emergency response protocols.
Maintain and update the College’s webpages related to emergency management.
Perform related duties as required.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND COMPENTENCIES: Candidates will be evaluated based on application materials, including the supplemental questions and personal interview(s), and will be required to demonstrate competencies in the following areas:
High school diploma or equivalent and five (5) years of experience in the field of emergency management or preparedness OR Associate’s degree and three (3) years of experience in the field of emergency management or preparedness OR Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of experience in the field of emergency management or preparedness, or similar field.
Valid driver’s license.
FEMA courses IS100, IS200, IS700, IS800, ICS300 and ICS400.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Access or comparable software/systems, and on-line database programs is required.
Experience working in an educational institution.
Experience with developing and delivering training specific to emergency management, NIMS, ICS, institutional and individual preparedness or other related topics.
Familiarity with mass notification systems such as RAVE Alert and InformaCast.

Work hours are Monday-Thursday, 7:30am-5:30pm, with some evening and weekends as needed.
Ability to communicate and deliver engaging, comprehensive presentations on the status of emergency program activities to a variety of audiences.

Excellent organizational skills and records management experience.
Ability to work independently as well as to lead the work of others.

Understand and enforce MCI food safety policies.

Clark College is currently accepting applications for a permanent hourly, part-time Retail Clerk 2 - Bakery Catering Coordinator to coordinate caterings in our busy retail bakery. The Retail Bakery Catering Coordinator will work with MCI faculty and staff to deliver excellent customer service. They will have an eye for detail, be efficient, and work with the highest level of food safety. Hours are Monday-Friday, approximately 17 hours/week. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Deliver excellent customer service.
Process and track on-line orders using Microsoft Suite.
Work with faculty and staff to plan events based on customer’s request, department’s availability, and student curriculum using Microsoft Suites.
Maintain orderly filing system for catering records, invoices, and other pertinent documents.
Track catering inventory for current and upcoming events, order goods and supplies as needed.
Prepare, bake, cook and package orders for catering and pick-up.
Manage department email for on campus caterings, coordinating drop off and pick-ups.
Maintain a positive and supportive work environment and optimistic problem-solving skills.
Work with the Retail Bakery Manager to communicate information, challenges, and needs.
Be proficient with Point of Sales system and adhere to proper cash handling procedures and standards with a high level of accuracy.
Maintain a clean, orderly, and well stocked environment, including balancing all side work within a scheduled shift.
Understand and enforce MCI food safety policies.
Act as a steward of college resources.
Performs related duties as required.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES: Candidates will be evaluated based on application materials, including the supplemental questions and personal interview(s), and will be required to demonstrate competencies in the following areas:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Assist with Student Recruitment and Outreach, including coordination of on-campus recruitment events, and representing Entry Services at on-campus events.
Assist with and respond to departmental email (shared department inbox).
Assist with departmental records and paperwork processing.
Enter prospective students into CRM software.
Assist with departmental social media, and website updates.
Perform related duties as required.

Working Conditions
Anticipated schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm with flexibility to work occasional evening and weekend hours.
Requires skills for succeeding in a classroom and/or clinical environment, using technology. Requires good hand-eye coordination including visual acuity to use a keyboard and read technical information; arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp. Work is performed in a classroom, lab, and/or clinical setting. Sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently during working hours. During course of day, interact with students, faculty and staff in person, by telephone and computer.
