As a Biometrics Technician (BT) you will be responsible for supporting the mission of a government program located at 3850 Colonial Blvd Suite 100, Fort Myers, FL 33966. This position works as a part of a dynamic team of professionals assisting the United States Citizenship and Immigration (USCIS) Application Support Center (ASC) operations. This position is an ON-CALL team member. This position will require the ability to pass a government clearance. All required job training for qualified candidates will be provided by management upon start.
Primary Responsibilities are:
Complete biometrics registration for applicants seeking legal immigration to the United States.
Ensure all who enter the ASC are approved applicants and visitors while providing both interior and exterior crowd control and assisting the staff in enforcing the rules and policies of the ASCs.
Provide front-line customer service as representatives of PAE and on behalf of the United States Government.
Employees are expected to be available Monday through Friday from the hours of 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. for substitute coverage as needed at the site. This is not a regular Full-Time or regular Part-Time position. All efforts are made to notify On-Call personnel in advance of the site on call needs. However, occasionally, employees are notified the night before or day of. In this position, hours are not guaranteed, and employees are on a "as-needed" basis so a steady income stream cannot be guaranteed. Further, personnel must safeguard all areas where Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is vulnerable such as applicant's paperwork and identifications, electronic biometric data and reports.
Perform quality biometrics processing to include capturing electronic fingerprints, photographs, and signatures within established program-wide processing times.
Screen applicants entering the facility to ensure they have a valid appointment notice and identification allowing their entry into the ASC.
Utilize crowd control barriers (stanchions or rails) to ensure a safe and organized entry into the facility.
Visually inspect applicants and their belongings prior to allowing entry into the facility. During national pandemics or other health crisis, applicants may be asked questions about their status of illness and may be declined entry to the ASC per customer requirements.
Conducting periodic facility checks (both interior and exterior) reporting any concerns to the Site Supervisor to manage.
Assist the Site Supervisor and/or government Immigration Service Officer in calling local law enforcement or first responders when necessary.
Manage and complete with accuracy administrative paperwork such as tracking processing time for applicants, reconciliation paperwork of biometrics captured, assisting in maintaining a visitor control log for non-applicants entering the facility, signing off on facility checks and other administrative duties as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a government issued suitability clearance.
A High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to speak and write in English.
Ability to stand upright on one's feet for scheduled shift duration, excluding meals and breaks.
Ability to hold and grasp applicant's hands to obtain quality fingerprints.
Ability to work in a high paced environment with the public.
Ability to type and use basic computer skills.
Successful completion of the biometrics training and become certified within sixty days.

What you will need:
Education: You have completed a Masters degree in GIS, Environmental Science, Geography, Forest Ecology, or another related field.

Expertise in GIS software, including ArcGIS Desktop 10.x, ArcGIS Pro, and/or QGIS

What you will need:

Job Summary:
The Service Support Engineer is responsible for: initial inspection and qualifications for NanoString Instruments, Service procedure creation and support, and repair and refurbishment of Instruments and Parts used in the instruments. This position will be expected to perform instrument Quality Control, Installations, Preventative Maintenance, Operational Qualifications, Performance Qualifications, troubleshooting, and repairing complex mechanical, optical, and fluidic instrumentation for multiple instruments. This position reports to the Service Support Engineering department which reports up to Technical Services & Support / Customer Experience / Commercial Organization
Essential Responsibilities:
Perform Incoming Inspection and Qualification testing on NanoString Instruments following revision controlled Standard Operating Procedures
Record non-conformances and perform investigation into failures
Troubleshoot, Repair, and requalify instruments in accordance to training and service manuals
Supporting Verification and Validation of changes of procedures and forms including IQC, Installation, Preventative Maintenance, Service Bulletins, and Service Manuals
Perform incoming inspection of returned parts and instruments
Perform decontamination, evaluation, troubleshooting, repair, and qualifications of parts and instruments
Perform high value refurbishment and qualifications of high value sub assemblies working with supply chain and vendors
Perform Service Support tool assembly and qualification
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Bioengineering
5 years of experience in design or development for Life Science or medical device industry or 5 year of practical experience as Field Service Engineer or Product Support Engineer for Life Science or medical device industry
Analytical and creative problem solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams

As a Lab and Facility Planner, you will work alongside T3 Advisors’ Life Science Brokers providing assistance and expertise to advise Clients’ real estate and facility needs.
Responsibilities:
Provide due diligence to the Life Science team on clients’ science, technology, and potential real estate concerns and needs
Act as the Clients’ scientific and operational sponsor throughout the real estate process including discovery meetings, site tours, fit plans, etc.
Manage vendor relationships and participate in fit plan design and development with building owners, architects, and engineers
Provide assessments on operational efficiency with recommendations for improvement
Assist Clients with the development of Equipment Matrices and Lab/Facility Programs
Direct and manage relocation projects
Qualifications:
