Days and hours of work may vary according to the needs of The Marine Mammal Center.

Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is focused on providing technical and administrative support to The Marine Mammal Center’s Marketing & Communications department. Areas of responsibility include support for our CRM, email/SMS marketing efforts, and website content. The Marketing Coordinator will also support the team by providing assistance with public relations, social media, and photography.
Essential Functions
Technical & Administration Support: 65%
Provide overall technical and administrative support for our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, EveryAction, public relations and social media for the Marketing & Communications department.
Execute data loads into our CRM from third party sources, including but not limited to, rescue hotline, Eventbrite, and Facebook.
Facilitate engagement form creation and reporting.
Ensure our CRM system remains up to date and processes run smoothly by continually reviewing processes and updating accordingly.
Create and send non-automated marketing emails and Short Message Services (SMS) and respond to SMS messages.
Monitor public relations media inbox and respond to requests for interviews, information, photos, and videos.
Coordinate public relations media interviews and send follow-ups after interviews.
Monitor comments on all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X(Twitter)) and respond or flag as needed and respond to social media channel inbox messages.
Create content for social media channels including, but not limited to, writing posts and finding photos/videos.
Website Content: 20%
Manage website content update process and collaborate with internal content submitters to ensure all content is ready for publication.
Edit, create, and post website content as requested which includes, but is not limited to:
Adding news content such as web stories and press releases.
Update content such as programmatic or language updates.
Daily patient imports from the Center’s electronic animal records database system (Ruby).
Weekly patient photo updates.
Update staff biographies and job postings as requested.
Post new publications and online learning resources as requested.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tactic implementation including updating content, redirects, etc.
Photography Management: 10%
Respond to photo requests.

3 years of relevant experience in communications or related field.

The Research Support & Digital Initiatives (RSDI) department within the Academic Engagement division of the UT Libraries (UTL) values initiative, creativity, commitment, and teamwork. The Open Research Coordinator for Data and Software will be housed in the University of Texas Libraries (UTL) within RSDI and will report to the Head of Research Data Services.
The Open Research Coordinator will provide research data and software sharing assistance to UT faculty, students, and staff. They will work in coordination with campus partners such as the UT Open Source Program Office and support university researchers through consultation sessions, resource guides, instructional programming, and event coordination. Their work will facilitate researcher use of the Texas Data Repository and ensure that deposited data and code is curated in accordance with FAIR principles to foster research reproducibility.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with campus partners to support members of the university community engaging with open source software in the context of the research data lifecycle by providing consultations, planning workshops, developing guides, and other related activities
Review data, metadata, and code contributed to the UT Austin Dataverse in the Texas Data Repository (TDR) and provide direct curation support to protect sensitive data and foster research reproducibility
Develop workshops, lectures, and online materials to promote effective use of the Texas Data Repository for sharing research data and code

The Research Support & Digital Initiatives (RSDI) department within the Academic Engagement division of the UT Libraries (UTL) values initiative, creativity, commitment, and teamwork. The Open Research Coordinator for Data and Software will be housed in the University of Texas Libraries (UTL) within RSDI and will report to the Head of Research Data Services.
The Open Research Coordinator will provide research data and software sharing assistance to UT faculty, students, and staff. Research evidence based practices related to subject matter expertise, including topics on trauma, cultural responsivity, and reducing overrepresentation of marginalized populations in the Juvenile Justice system.

LCV is hiring a Racial Justice and Equity (RJE) Coordinator (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice) who will be responsible for supporting the scheduling and execution of organization-wide learning opportunities, including trainings and workshops, that focus on helping guide organizational change through fostering a culture that centers racial justice and equity in how we work together to create a healthier, more sustainable climate, environment and democracy.
The RJE Coordinator will collaborate with and help support the Chief Officer for Racial Justice and Equity (CORJE) in this work through providing administrative support, assisting with management of priorities, and providing thought partnership to the CORJE. The ideal candidate is creative, self-driven, well-organized, committed to centering racial justice and equity in our work,and able to work collaboratively on project deliverables, with the ability to manage confidential information.
Responsibilities:
Help contribute to and track the organization’s progress in its RJE work.
Help contribute to LCV and LCVEF’s’s broader progress towards becoming just and equitable organizations through cultivating a culture that embodies our values.
Lead one special RJE project annually whose goal contributes to staff learning around RJE, developing a more robust infrastructure of resources around RJE or furthers our organizational values in some way.
Maintain LCV’s internal Racial Justice and Equity Library.
Maintain the Racial Justice and Equity drive for document management and organization, including all contracts, check requests and invoices, and reports.
Provide logistical support for virtual and in-person meetings and lead note-taking and disseminating follow-up in several regularly occurring meetings.
Contribute to organizational efforts to infuse racial justice and equity into all aspects of our work through leading and supporting interdepartmental meetings, team building efforts and communications.
Travel up to 10% of the time for staff and select departmental retreats, meetings, conferences and professional development opportunities, as needed.
Help track RJE budget for LCV and related entities by processing all incoming invoices and working with the CORJE and Finance team to reconcile expenses on a quarterly basis to ensure accurate coding.
Work with CORJE to plan and schedule racial justice and equity trainings for all staff.
Collaborate with CORJE to craft and finalize organization-wide documents – including evaluation reports, guidance, and policies – designed to further LCV’s RJE values and goals.
Work with CORJE to support the staff RJE Working Group in monitoring its progress towards meeting annual goals.
Coordinating LCV’s Fun, Learning, Educational, and Growth Opportunities (FLEGO) League efforts to provide organizational-wide programming focused primarily on celebrating and learning about Heritage Months throughout the year.
Offer research support to CORJE for special projects, including creating and maintaining a RJE Resource Library and RJE Curriculum for LCV and our state partners.
Support the creation and tracking of contracts with consultants and other vendors, as needed.
Qualifications:
Work Experience: Required – At least 2 years of experience in administrative support for a team. Preferred – Experience working directly for someone in senior leadership in an organization; experience doing so in a non-profit, political organization or campaign.
Skills: Required – Demonstrated ability to recognize, analyze and address the implications of structural and institutional inequity, and interpersonal power dynamics in organizations. Excellent written and oral communications skills, including planning and facilitating meetings. Outstanding administrative skills, including attention to detail and the ability to track multiple deliverables with overlapping deadlines in a high-performing environment. POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direct supervision of the Utilization Manager and in collaboration with all Clinic Directors, the Medical Records Coordinator (MRC) is responsible for managing the medical records for all APLA Health & Wellness clinics, including preparing, scanning, and retrieving patient health records in response to internal and external requests. The medical records coordinator reviews medical records for compliance with approved policies and responds to medical records requests per APLA Health & Wellness medical records protocols/policies. The MRC is also responsible for eCW fax management for all APLA Health & Wellness clinic sites.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responds to requests for patient records, both within the facility and by external sources, retrieving them and transmitting them appropriately.
Creates digital images of paperwork to be stored in the electronic medical record.
Responsible for safeguarding patient records and ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards.
Performs other clerical tasks as needed, such as answering phones and faxing.
Suggests means by which procedures for maintaining medical records can be improved upon.
Monitor a centralized eCW fax and appropriately distribute received records/information.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direct supervision of the Utilization Manager and in collaboration with all Clinic Directors, the Medical Records Coordinator (MRC) is responsible for managing the medical records for all APLA Health & Wellness clinics, including preparing, scanning, and retrieving patient health records in response to internal and external requests. The medical records coordinator reviews medical records for compliance with approved policies and responds to medical records requests per APLA Health & Wellness medical records protocols/policies. The MRC is also responsible for eCW fax management for all APLA Health & Wellness clinic sites.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responds to requests for patient records, both within the facility and by external sources, retrieving them and transmitting them appropriately.
Creates digital images of paperwork to be stored in the electronic medical record.
Responsible for safeguarding patient records and ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards.
Performs other clerical tasks as needed, such as answering phones and faxing.
Suggests means by which procedures for maintaining medical records can be improved upon.
Monitor a centralized eCW fax and appropriately distribute received records/information.
Ensures that it is easy to troubleshoot problems relating to the maintenance and regular update of medical records.
Contribute to departmental quality initiative or similar projects.
Act as back-up for referral coordinators when needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
Training and Experience:
Required: High school diploma or GED. A minimum of one year of experience in a community-based organization, clinic, dental office, or healthcare related field. Must be bilingual in Spanish.
Preferred: Completion of Associate degree in Health Administration, related field of academic discipline, or possession of a certificate in Medical Assistant. Experience working with multiple benefits coverage programs including private insurance and government programs. Knowledge of:

people with complex clinical needs, often with co-occurring mental health, substance use disorders, medical issues, and sometimes intellectual disabilities and traumatic brain injuries.
In addition, many people served by this unit have suffered major trauma and continue to struggle with housing and other social determinants of health.
The Intensive Services Unit provides system management, coordination, and performance evaluation. Working across all levels of government, particularly county and state justice systems, this includes statutory analysis, legislative concept development, Oregon Administrative Rule analysis and management, contract development and administration, budgetary oversight, program technical assistance, trouble-shooting, barrier removal and care coordination across multiple service and funding systems including the Oregon State Hospital, Residential Treatment Systems, Community Mental Health Programs, local hospital emergency rooms, Acute Care units, Medicaid systems, Coordinated Care Organizations, and providers, with a focus on inclusion of peer run organization and consumer driven input. Further, the unit provides critical coordination with the judicial branch of government including local law enforcement, State Police and Oregon’s court systems to manage and develop behavioral health systems for people who have been committed under Oregon Revised Statutes, Chapters 161 and 426 (Aid and Assist, Civil Commitment, Jail Diversion, and Guilty Except for Insanity/Psychiatric Security Review Board).

Create and maintain a database for all career-connected curriculum and work-based learning embedded in curriculum at Clark College
