Initiate bookstore orders, purchase requests, Foundation check requests, invoice vouchers, work order requests, key requests, personnel action forms, special assignment agreements, travel requests and travel expense vouchers using electronic and manual processes; assist faculty with travel and purchasing procedures.
Manage division, department, and program email distribution lists; update as needed including OU Campus web support for division, department, and program sites, maintain and upload reports to individual website for Behavioral Sciences and Social Sciences Divisions
Calendar management, schedule and arrange meetings, coordinate travel including identifying registration costs, meals, transportation, mileage, hotel, per diem as well as any other miscellaneous cost related to travel.
Facilitate orientation and training of new faculty, assist as needed regarding class schedule planning, maintain accurate student files for program applications and selected students, and provide support to students selected into the program.
Serve as administrator of the SOFA EvaluationKIT process, build quarterly project for student evaluations of unit faculty, compile and input data, monitor response rates, download reports upon project completion, and distribute report summaries in accordance with established schedule and Save results per established unit procedures and forward on to division chair as appropriate maintaining confidentiality.
Prepare and process documents and ctcLink requests such as purchasing, requisitions, travel requests expense vouchers, and faculty leave forms.
Provide office reception, respond to inquiries, and make referrals; furnish clear and accurate information on college policies and procedures.
Provide support for the College’s Honor’s Program. Coordinate with unit Dean to update honors spreadsheet, create Change of Registration forms, fill out PAFs for stipends, etc.

The SDM II role includes management of software dependencies, both within Simulation Science and across other research teams. The Software Development Manager II is responsible for improving the efficiency and automation of Simulation Science processes and working with engineers to develop and implement best practices for software development and testing. The Software Development Manager II sets the direction for software development for research. This role is instrumental in assuring the work maintains the highest quality, upholding the reputation of the Institute as setting the gold standard in quality for health metrics, data, and analytic support for policy. PeopleTec is currently looking to welcome a Human Resources (HR) Representative onto our high-energy HR team to support our fast-paced corporate office in Huntsville, AL.
The successful candidate will act as an ambassador for our PeopleFirst culture by supporting various HR and corporate functions. Duties will include: general HR administrative support, filing and record keeping, HRIS processing and auditing as well as support of corporate/morale events, wellness, and employee recognition programs.
Responsibilities :
Maintain/Audit Human Resources Information System (HRIS) data for accuracy
Support New Employee Orientation and prepare employee personnel files
Answer questions related to offered benefits; process enrollment and change requests
Facilitate Performance Review process by auditing employee/manager comments and requested salary increases; recognize and escalate performance issues
Ensure pay equity through evaluation of various compensation data points
Support compliant hiring and promotion practices through demonstrated understanding of labor laws
Assist with other general HR duties and projects as needed
Plan events for both small and large scale company programs as defined by the HR Director
Complete data auditing and reporting (company metrics, monthly reports, etc.)
Support and track progress and status of employee training and development
Promote company's reputation as one of the "Best Places to Work"
May attend career fairs and job fairs to promote PeopleTec and educate potential candidates about our culture, projects, and openings
