The Oregon Health Authority is modernizing and expanding their IT infrastructure and currently has a fantastic opportunity for an IT Resource Analyst to join an excellent team and work to advance their IT operations.

What you will do!
As an IT Resource Analyst, you will assist the IT Director of Business Operations by providing support for department-wide activities and initiatives including facilities, workforce development, communications, resourcing, contracting, reporting, and system/process improvement.
 
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, recommending, and implementing operational activities to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of OIS. Since you will touch on many aspects of OHA and DHS, you will need to develop and maintain ongoing communication links and contact with managers and other staff throughout both agencies.

This is a full-time, permanent position that is classified and represented by a union.
This position will be located in Salem at 3990 Fairview Industrial Drive SE. 


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills in Customer Service, Human Resources or IT Operations.
 
OR
 
Any combination of experience or education equivalent to three years technical-level experience demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills in Customer Service, Human Resources or IT Operations.

 
REQUESTED SKILLS:

  • Experience coordinating and facilitating work with distributed teams; including internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, assess situations, and provide appropriate responses.
  • Ability to think abstractly and problem solve using critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to conceptualize and complete projects independently and have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work effective as a member of a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills in working with all levels of management and staff.
  • Skill and ability to assess and manage frequently shifting priorities.
  • Experience using Microsoft SharePoint for document sharing, communication and/or workflow automation.
  • Experience in promoting a culturally competent and diverse work environment.
