JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Career Hub Coordination
In partnership with campus stakeholders, this position will build out business processes for the “Career Hub” virtual space in alignment with other departments and Clark College’s strategic plan.
Develop and manage the “Career Hub” to house all career-connected learning and curriculum development tools for staff and faculty to access, including supporting or developing events with campus partners, maintaining a calendar, and ensuring that the “Career Hub” becomes the primary point of contact for external partners to learn about opportunities at Clark related to career-connected learning.
Serve as a lead coordinator for ensuring Title III outcomes are achieved according to grant deadlines.
Curriculum Coordination and Research
Facilitate and serve as a content expert for career-connected learning development, curriculum designer, and curriculum implementation across all academic programs at Clark College by researching best practices for career connected learning for curriculum integration in community colleges.
Collaborate with faculty, TLC staff, Career Services staff, Instructional staff, and the Outcomes Assessment Team to develop and ensure engaging and interactive learning materials, including workshops, seminars, and online resources that infuse career-connected learning concepts into existing courses that align with academic curricula and industry needs.
Ensure that Title III outcomes goals are achieved related to program maps and demonstration of career-connected learning in curriculum, as well as making recommendations to the Director of Guided Pathways, Partnerships, Instructional Deans about career-connected curriculum needs in programs.
Communication and Marketing
Collaborate with the Communication and Marketing teams to establish both internal-focused and external-focused communication about career-connected curriculum at Clark College, as well as highlighting career-connected learning opportunities and marketing strategies to increase student enrollment.
Lead, maintain and keep active social media accounts related to career-connected learning and career-related events across campus.
Professional Development and Collaboration
Collaborate with the Teaching and Learning Center to offer training on topics related to embedding career-connected learning into curriculum in addition to providing professional development opportunities for faculty and staff related to career-connected learning, as well as attending relevant staff meetings in Instruction and Student Affairs to promote collaboration and connection.
Provide high-level campus leadership and expertise related to infusing career connected learning opportunities into students’ career pathways.
Stay abreast of industry trends, educational innovations, and best practices in career development and career integration for academic curriculum.
Data Analysis and Assessment
Create and maintain a database for all career-connected curriculum and work-based learning embedded in curriculum at Clark College
Support the AIR Department and Outcomes Assessment Committee to collect, track, and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of career-connected learning initiatives in curriculum.
Utilize feedback and metrics to make data-driven recommendations for courses and programs.
Industry Partnerships
Partner with Career Services and other staff to develop relationships and identify opportunities with local employers, industry professionals, and community organizations to facilitate internship opportunities, mentorship programs, and other experiential learning experiences.
Collaborate with faculty to integrate industry insights and trends into academic coursework.
Serve as a lead point of contact to assist faculty and academic programs with making connections with local businesses and industry to develop career connected learning opportunities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution AND five (5) years of work experience in education, economic development, or workforce development OR Master’s degree from an accredited institution AND two (2) years of work experience in education, economic development, or workforce development.
Proven experience in designing and delivering experiential learning curriculum.
Strong understanding of industry trends and workforce demands.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

Position:
The Operations Coordinator is a full-time position, working directly with the Director of New Orleans Programming to enhance Generation Hope’s internal and external effectiveness in the New Orleans area. The Operations Coordinator serves as a point of contact for the organization in the New Orleans area and is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, being an enthusiastic professional, and building relationships with stakeholders. This position collaborates with the home office Operations, Finance, and Development teams to support day-to-day activities and support donor management systems and tasks as they relate to the New Orleans office.
Responsibilities:
Operations
Implement and maintain New Orleans office operations and procedures, handling correspondences, designing and adhering to document management and filing systems, reviewing supply requests, and performing clerical functions to improve office efficiencies
Make recommendations that increase efficiency, maximize operational budget and nurture team culture
Greet visitors by welcoming and directing them appropriately, including answering incoming calls, relaying messages, and fielding general inquiries
Provide logistical support for large meetings taking place in and out of the New Orleans office
Check the mail regularly and ensure staff receive relevant mail
Manage New Orleans Programming calendar and communicate any scheduling changes to relevant staff
Procure and maintain printers and other office equipment, including working with vendors and suppliers and assisting staff with use and troubleshooting of equipment
Manage local facility needs, ensuring all spaces are appropriately cleaned, maintained and stocked, ordering necessary tools, equipment, and supplies, and managing the inventory system
Research any needed equipment and software and makes recommendations to the Director of New Orleans Programming
Serve as the liaison with outside vendors/service providers related to operations needs, such as subscription-based services, office space, and IT firm
Monitor and keep the organization’s New Orleans area memberships current (i.e. Chamber of Commerce, etc.)
Train new staff on the CRM and work with the home office Operations team to maintain an internal usage guide to assist staff with how to use the database on an ongoing basis
Work with the Director of New Orleans Programming to plan and support site-specific events (i.e., team retreats, team morale activities, etc.)
In partnership with the Director of New Orleans Programming and the home office Operations team, support staff onboarding
Support the Director of New Orleans Programming with the Local Advisory Board including meeting scheduling and planning, preparation of meeting materials, and ongoing local board support
Serve as thought partner to the Director of New Orleans Programming and other New Orleans staff regarding improving the experience for staff, families and stakeholders
Development/Communications
Provide regular content (i.e. photos and anecdotes) to the home office Communications team to assist in telling the story of Generation Hope’s work in New Orleans
Partner in creating documents, presentations, and other materials involving administrative work in tandem with the home office Development team (i.e. preparing for meetings with local donors)
Assist with compiling compliance-related documents and receipts for New Orleans related grant proposals and reports
Bookkeeping and Finance Administration
Partner with the home office Finance team to manage all local accounting activities (e.g. deposits, check requests) and serve as local point of contact for questions regarding accounting processes and procedures
Manage the tuition check process for all New Orleans Scholars, including making and tracking any necessary refund requests
Works with the home office Finance team to monitor New Orleans related financial pledges in the donor database
Programming
Support the execution of Scholar Program events by assisting with venue and vendor research, recruiting volunteers, ordering supplies, assisting with set-up, etc.
Manage all in-kind donations for the New Orleans site, including executing the Fall and Spring Wishlist and Holiday gift campaign, w orking with in-kind donors to coordinate acceptance and drop-off of items, and ensuring that in-kind donation forms are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Assist in recruiting volunteers to support New Orleans programming
Support the Director of Programming in tracking Scholar and mentor applications and required paperwork and scheduling interviews
Other duties as assigned
To qualify for this position, you should have:
Personal qualities of honesty, credibility, and dedication to the mission and values of Generation Hope
An Associate’s degree in nonprofit management, finance management, finance, and or business administration or a similar degree program or a combination of training and experience
Minimum 4 years of operational and office management experience, preferably in a nonprofit organization
Experience managing Quickbooks Online or similar financial management software is a plus
Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace, CRM’s, etc. required
Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures, organization and problem-solving skills, which support and enable sound decision making
To be successful in the position, you must be able to:

Position:
The Operations Coordinator is a full-time position, working directly with the Director of New Orleans Programming to enhance Generation Hope’s internal and external effectiveness in the New Orleans area. The Operations Coordinator serves as a point of contact for the organization in the New Orleans area and is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, being an enthusiastic professional, and building relationships with stakeholders. This position collaborates with the home office Operations, Finance, and Development teams to support day-to-day activities and support donor management systems and tasks as they relate to the New Orleans office.
Responsibilities:
Operations
Implement and maintain New Orleans office operations and procedures, handling correspondences, designing and adhering to document management and filing systems, reviewing supply requests, and performing clerical functions to improve office efficiencies
Make recommendations that increase efficiency, maximize operational budget and nurture team culture
Greet visitors by welcoming and directing them appropriately, including answering incoming calls, relaying messages, and fielding general inquiries
Provide logistical support for large meetings taking place in and out of the New Orleans office
Check the mail regularly and ensure staff receive relevant mail
Manage New Orleans Programming calendar and communicate any scheduling changes to relevant staff
Procure and maintain printers and other office equipment, including working with vendors and suppliers and assisting staff with use and troubleshooting of equipment
Manage local facility needs, ensuring all spaces are appropriately cleaned, maintained and stocked, ordering necessary tools, equipment, and supplies, and managing the inventory system
Research any needed equipment and software and makes recommendations to the Director of New Orleans Programming
Serve as the liaison with outside vendors/service providers related to operations needs, such as subscription-based services, office space, and IT firm
Monitor and keep the organization’s New Orleans area memberships current (i.e. Chamber of Commerce, etc.)
Train new staff on the CRM and work with the home office Operations team to maintain an internal usage guide to assist staff with how to use the database on an ongoing basis
Work with the Director of New Orleans Programming to plan and support site-specific events (i.e., team retreats, team morale activities, etc.)
In partnership with the Director of New Orleans Programming and the home office Operations team, support staff onboarding
Support the Director of New Orleans Programming with the Local Advisory Board including meeting scheduling and planning, preparation of meeting materials, and ongoing local board support
Serve as thought partner to the Director of New Orleans Programming and other New Orleans staff regarding improving the experience for staff, families and stakeholders
Development/Communications
Provide regular content (i.e. photos and anecdotes) to the home office Communications team to assist in telling the story of Generation Hope’s work in New Orleans
Partner in creating documents, presentations, and other materials involving administrative work in tandem with the home office Development team (i.e. preparing for meetings with local donors)
Assist with compiling compliance-related documents and receipts for New Orleans related grant proposals and reports
Bookkeeping and Finance Administration
Partner with the home office Finance team to manage all local accounting activities (e.g. deposits, check requests) and serve as local point of contact for questions regarding accounting processes and procedures
Manage the tuition check process for all New Orleans Scholars, including making and tracking any necessary refund requests
Works with the home office Finance team to monitor New Orleans related financial pledges in the donor database
Programming
Support the execution of Scholar Program events by assisting with venue and vendor research, recruiting volunteers, ordering supplies, assisting with set-up, etc.
Manage all in-kind donations for the New Orleans site, including executing the Fall and Spring Wishlist and Holiday gift campaign, w orking with in-kind donors to coordinate acceptance and drop-off of items, and ensuring that in-kind donation forms are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Assist in recruiting volunteers to support New Orleans programming
Support the Director of Programming in tracking Scholar and mentor applications and required paperwork and scheduling interviews
Other duties as assigned
To qualify for this position, you should have:
Personal qualities of honesty, credibility, and dedication to the mission and values of Generation Hope
An Associate’s degree in nonprofit management, finance management, finance, and or business administration or a similar degree program or a combination of training and experience
Minimum 4 years of operational and office management experience, preferably in a nonprofit organization
Experience managing Quickbooks Online or similar financial management software is a plus
Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace, CRM’s, etc. required
Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures, organization and problem-solving skills, which support and enable sound decision making

The NDC Partnership brings together more than 200 members, including more than 115 countries, developed and developing, and more than 80 institutions to create and deliver on ambitious climate action that helps achieve the Paris Agreement and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Governments identify their NDC implementation priorities and the type of support that is needed to translate them into actionable policies and programs. Based on these requests, the membership offers a tailored package of expertise, technical assistance, and funding. This collaborative response provides developing countries with efficient access to a wide range of resources to adapt to and mitigate climate change and foster more equitable and sustainable development.
Job Highlight: You will play an integral role in the NDC Partnership’s Knowledge and Learning team, which supports countries in sharing knowledge for climate action through written products, peer-to-peer exchanges, and online tools. You will be responsible for core operational, administrative, and project management responsibilities, and events coordination and support. . You will report to the Knowledge and Learning Director and will work with all members of the Knowledge and Learning workstream and operations colleagues across the Support Unit.
What will you do:
Grant and Financial Management (30%):
Support the Director of Knowledge and Learning in tracking budgets through regular reporting
With the Deputy Director of Operation and Head of Grants and Finance with the Support Unit, track project budgets, review monthly Financial Status Reports, monitor contracts, and track partner financial commitments
Monitor monthly expenses and keep direct project budgets up to date in budgeting software
Manage project grants and contracts, including ensuring compliance with terms and conditions and collaborating with funders

Grant and Financial Management (30%):
Support the Director of Knowledge and Learning in tracking budgets through regular reporting
With the Deputy Director of Operation and Head of Grants and Finance with the Support Unit, track project budgets, review monthly Financial Status Reports, monitor contracts, and track partner financial commitments
Monitor monthly expenses and keep direct project budgets up to date in budgeting software
Manage project grants and contracts, including ensuring compliance with terms and conditions and collaborating with funders

After the completion of a successful strategic plan and rebranding campaign, Global Arts Live is ushering in a new phase of growth and innovation, including a partnership to create a new cultural arts center in Kendall Square, Cambridge, scheduled to open in 2026.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Public Relations, the Marketing Coordinator will assist in creating, executing, and analyzing an integrated content strategy to drive web traffic and ticket sales, and communicate our nonprofit mission. This position offers exposure to all areas of arts marketing—promotion, public relations and administration—and the opportunity to experience incredible art from around the world.
This is a full-time, salaried position. Some night and weekend work is required. Candidates will have flexible remote work options, with some in-office work expected.
Responsibilities include:
Content Calendar Maintain internal content calendar for website, social, and email communications
Social media (organic, earned, paid) Develop ad copy and creative, targeting criteria, and placement on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Twitter

Qualifications & Requirements

Job Description
The Communications Coordinator will work closely with the Communications Director and the Midwest Renewable Energy Association (MREA) Training Team to further develop and improve MREA’s marketing and communications initiatives, with a specific focus on MREA’s training programs. The position will coordinate with the MREA Communications and Training Program Working Groups to promote and market course offerings through social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and print materials. Job Description
The Communications Coordinator will work closely with the Communications Director and the Midwest Renewable Energy Association (MREA) Training Team to further develop and improve MREA’s marketing and communications initiatives, with a specific focus on MREA’s training programs. The position will coordinate with the MREA Communications and Training Program Working Groups to promote and market course offerings through social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and print materials. The position will work closely with the MREA Training Team to further develop stakeholder engagement and program promotion on the MREA website and the Midwest Solar Job Resource Center (SolarEnergy.Jobs). Additionally, this individual will support MREA communications efforts as needed and be responsible for promotional partnerships, advertising solicitation and collection, and training-related press releases to advance MREA’s mission and grow participation in MREA programs and membership.

Required Education and Experience
Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field
Required Experience: Five (5) years of relevant clinical research coordination experience
Preferred Education, Experience & Cert/Lic
Preferred Education: Master’s degree in a related field
Preferred Experience: Seven (7) years of relevant clinical research coordination experience Preferred Licenses/certificates/registrations:
Completion of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training
Society of Clinical Research Associates – SoCRA membership or Association of Clinical Research Professionals – ACRP membership

Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Excellent time management skills
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
