Job Purpose
The Assistant Director recruits, evaluates, and counsels prospective and admitted prospective students. Assistant Directors travel extensively (10-15 weeks annually), recruit and counsel prospective and admitted students for undergraduate admission, implement efficient and effective recruitment strategies, and manage assigned recruitment territories. Assistant Directors review applicants for undergraduate admissions and are essential to the day to day functioning of the Office of Admissions (including but not limited to presentations, phone and in personal counseling, and event programming). Assistant Directors have high level programmatic responsibilities. This Assistant Director position is permanently physically located within their assigned territory and works remotely.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required and at least 2 years of admissions experience. Priority given to applicants with previous supervisory experience (student or professional) and/or recruitment experience specific to northern New Jersey, the greater New York City Metropolitan area including Long Island, or Connecticut. An understanding of admissions procedures and the college selection process and an ability to work with diverse student populations is necessary. Ability to travel for extended periods of time. Strong planning, organizing, technology, and oral and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work cooperatively with other staff members and the college community. As a regional position, this Assistant Director must be a self-starter, able to work independently from remote home/office location while also functioning as part of the larger Charleston Admissions team. Must provide exemplary customer service and display enthusiasm about the College. Must be an independent decision maker, have high degree of integrity and communicate frequently with supervisors. Additional Comments Regarding Position
This position serves prospective students from Northern New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut. *The position will be expected to work from a home office within this territory, ideally in the northern New Jersey or New York City metropolitan region. Remote positions are expected to travel to campus 4-6 times a year. Must be able to travel extensively. Must have a valid SC or other state driver’s license.
Evening and weekend work will be required. Ability to lift and carry 40 – 60 lbs. is necessary. Experience working with CRM software (especially admissions specific CRMs like Salesforce/TargetX, Slate, etc.) and Banner products is preferred but not required.

Job Purpose
The Director of the Honors ARCH Program is responsible for the development, oversight, management, and operations of the program. The primary focus of this position is to create and coordinate a scholar’s program that attracts and retains highly capable students at the College of Charleston. Working with campus partners, the director will coordinate course offerings, develop meaningful programming, and recruit students to the program.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of progressively responsible and relevant professional experience in program development and management, preferably in higher education. Significant experience with digital marketing, data analysis and interpretation, and project management. Master’s degree preferred. Candidates with an equivalent combination of experience and/or education are encouraged to apply.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must have leadership and management experience and skills focused on student program development and execution, as well as, demonstrated ability to work across silos and between multiple entities to achieve stated goals or objectives. Possess independent judgment and initiative and be willing to learn about higher education policies and best practices. Must have skills in exercising a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making to achieve organizational objectives. The Director of the Honors ARCH Program is responsible for the development, oversight, management, and operations of the program. The primary focus of this position is to create and coordinate a scholar’s program that attracts and retains highly capable students at the College of Charleston. Minimum Requirements

The Undergraduate Business Program (UBP) is one of the largest academic programs within UNC’s Kenan Flagler Business School with an enrollment of approximately 1,000 business majors and minors. Specific services include: prospective student recruitment and admissions academic services, including academic advising, course scheduling, and graduation new student orientation student life and engagement programs, such as student clubs and organizations, case competitions and other community building opportunities study abroad and other global program experiences and career development programs. The Director for Global Programs is responsible for independently leading and managing the strategic development and day to day operations of the Global Programs arm of the Undergraduate Business Program (UBP). Overall, close to 75% of all UBP students study abroad before they graduate. In addition to having thorough international work experience and an understanding of the nature of international business education, the Director must be knowledgeable about all aspects of the University and the Business School including its mission, policies, and procedures. Job Summary
Hawkeye Community College’s Athletics program is looking for a part-time Men’s and Women’s Assistant Track & Field / Cross Country Coach to join their team.
The Assistant Cross Country/Track & Field Coach assists with the supervision and coaching of practices and competitions with an emphasis on cross country and distance events. This position will aid in recruiting student athletes, directing practices, managing practice and travel schedules, as well as, supervising team conduct during competition, travel, tournaments, and other events where the team is represented.
