Facility Property Manager General Duties: The Facility and Property Manager oversees the strategic plan, project management, budget, care, maintenance, and contracted work of assigned properties; and works with camp team to deliver services and maintain the site in a safe working order.

Facility Property Manager General Duties: The Facility and Property Manager oversees the strategic plan, project management, budget, care, maintenance, and contracted work of assigned properties; and works with camp team to deliver services and maintain the site in a safe working order.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
Camp Facility Oversight
Oversight of the implementation of the property strategic plan within camp's strategic plan.
Responsible for the management of property security practices and procedures.
Provide oversight and care of maintaining camp facilities, grounds including roads and fences, property and program equipment, and machinery are in safe, well-functioning, working, and clean condition.
Ensure that all safety-related projects/needs are completed in a swift and timely manner and prepare facilities for changing weather conditions to reduce risk.
Manage daily tasks making autonomous decisions without management approval.
Conduct property assessments, inspections, and surveys for the need of immediate repairs and/or renovations, and long-term planning and property improvements.
Responsible for the follow through and updates of daily, weekly, and annual property SOPs.
Maintain a positive rapport and relationship with local sheriff, fire and rescue services for the safety and protection of camp.
Work with various state agencies for inspections, water systems testing and forest mitigation.
Oversight for scheduling and set-up of vendors for maintenance/repairs and contract maintenance.
Provide project management of on-site property work, including that of contracted work and/or maintenance.
Research and coordinate projected capital project expenses, including obtaining quotes from various vendors as necessary.

Support the marketing and advertisement of strategic property usage.

Contribute to the recruitment, hiring, on-boarding, and training of the facility maintenance team members.

Carry out ongoing evaluations, observations, training, and professional development opportunities to assure that work and safety standards meet the criteria to maintain success within job positions.
Provide oversight of staff delegated logistical tasks such as daily assigned tasks, general maintenance, equipment and supply management, site care and cleanliness.

Stay current in knowledge of OSHA compliance, American Camping Association Standards, Colorado Department of Health and Human Services, and other certifying industry organizations, when applicable to property management and compliancy.
Monitor and manage property annual and capital budgets, striving to minimize costs in coordination with Executive Camp Director.

Summary:
Reporting to the Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Director of Operations, Clinical Care (DOCC) must be a proven successful clinic operations leader, a highly organized information analyst, advocate, and team leader. This valuable team member is responsible for implementation and management of the Medical Center, Medical Center Laboratory, IV Suite, and Neil Riordan Center business operating procedures and regulations, ensuring evidence-based best practices are established and followed, assuring full compliance of all regulations regarding patient, employee, and student safety, engaging marketing efforts to increase patient volume and enhance brand positioning, and assuring established financial KPIs are achieved. Alongside the Chief Medical Officer and the Associate Dean for Naturopathic Clinical Education, the DOCC will engage in continuous improvement efforts and establishing and supporting programs that drive community access to Sonoran’s healthcare services. Facility Property Manager General Duties: The Facility and Property Manager oversees the strategic plan, project management, budget, care, maintenance, and contracted work of assigned properties; and works with camp team to deliver services and maintain the site in a safe working order.
**This position is required to stay on-site in private employee housing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
Camp Facility Oversight
Oversight of the implementation of the property strategic plan within camp's strategic plan.
Responsible for the management of property security practices and procedures.
Provide oversight and care of maintaining camp facilities, grounds including roads and fences, property and program equipment, and machinery are in safe, well-functioning, working, and clean condition.
Ensure that all safety-related projects/needs are completed in a swift and timely manner and prepare facilities for changing weather conditions to reduce risk.
Manage daily tasks making autonomous decisions without management approval.
Conduct property assessments, inspections, and surveys for the need of immediate repairs and/or renovations, and long-term planning and property improvements.
Responsible for the follow through and updates of daily, weekly, and annual property SOPs.
Maintain a positive rapport and relationship with local sheriff, fire and rescue services for the safety and protection of camp.
Work with various state agencies for inspections, water systems testing and forest mitigation.
Oversight for scheduling and set-up of vendors for maintenance/repairs and contract maintenance.

Support the marketing and advertisement of strategic property usage.
Support care of livestock, providing feeding, daily chores, transportation (including evacuation) of animals, and purchasing of feed/equipment.
Provide transportation of persons, equipment, machinery, luggage, and various materials when needed.
Deliver emergency management during on-site and off-site trip incidents.
Provide site training and orientation to all camp staff.
Provide and support safe and healthy practices.
In coordination with the camp team, facilitate camp property usage including scheduling, reservations, customer communication, external community partnerships, check-in and check-out, orientation, and other operational logistics.
Manage site and program equipment, including storage, maintenance, and coordination with fellow team members.
Provide additional support as necessary to Executive Camp Director and fellow camp team, kitchen and housekeeping staff members.

Oversee work and daily supervision of all facility and maintenance employees.
Contribute to the recruitment, hiring, on-boarding, and training of the facility maintenance team members.

Monitor and manage property annual and capital budgets, striving to minimize costs in coordination with Executive Camp Director.

What you will do!
The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative, operations, and program support to the Medicaid medical directors, in service to transformative, community-led, and community-owned initiatives and the mission, vision, values and goals of the Oregon Health Authority and the Health Systems Division.

Job Purpose
The Director of Sustainability provides guidance and vision for the Center for Sustainable Development ( CSD ) by fulfilling the College’s goal of fostering a culture of innovation to support sustainable solutions. This position is responsible for strategic development and operational management of the CSD . This position manages the Associate Director, Zero Waste Manager, as well as well as student graduate assistants and interns that work in the office. The Center for Sustainable Development Manager will work closely with stakeholders across the organization and community, as well as the other department heads within Facilities Management.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree related to environmental science, environmental studies, sustainability or directly related fields and three (3) to five (5) years of work experience leading sustainability initiatives for a large organization. Master’s degree related to environmental science, environmental studies, sustainability or directly related field is preferred. Proven experience in higher education leading sustainability programming is desired. LEED Accredited Professional or closely related sustainability credentials is also preferred. Must have leadership and management experience and skills focused around program development and execution, as well as, demonstrated ability to work across silos and between multiple entities to achieve stated goals or objectives is required. Strong customer service orientation and a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships throughout the College with a diverse student body, faculty, staff and the Charleston community is also required. Job Purpose
The Director of Sustainability provides guidance and vision for the Center for Sustainable Development ( CSD ) by fulfilling the College’s goal of fostering a culture of innovation to support sustainable solutions. This position is responsible for strategic development and operational management of the CSD . This position manages the Associate Director, Zero Waste Manager, as well as well as student graduate assistants and interns that work in the office. The Center for Sustainable Development Manager will work closely with stakeholders across the organization and community, as well as the other department heads within Facilities Management.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree related to environmental science, environmental studies, sustainability or directly related fields and three (3) to five (5) years of work experience leading sustainability initiatives for a large organization. Master’s degree related to environmental science, environmental studies, sustainability or directly related field is preferred. Proven experience in higher education leading sustainability programming is desired. LEED Accredited Professional or closely related sustainability credentials is also preferred. Candidates with an equivalent combination of experience and/or education are encouraged to apply.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must have advanced knowledge and proficiency of the various aspects of sustainability on a large college campus. A demonstrated ability to identify and formulate long-term sustainability direction and goals with the ability to translate these long-term goals into short-term action items and operational activities is required. A cooperative and collaborative leadership style that emphasizes inclusion, integrity, honesty, openness and fairness is required. Must have leadership and management experience and skills focused around program development and execution, as well as, demonstrated ability to work across silos and between multiple entities to achieve stated goals or objectives is required. Strong customer service orientation and a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships throughout the College with a diverse student body, faculty, staff and the Charleston community is also required. Must have a working knowledge in all Microsoft Office Suite, Google programs, Canva, social media outlets and MailChimp. Demonstrated excellence in communicating complex or technical information verbally and in writing is preferred. Demonstrated skills in effective management and team building, as well as, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills is desired. Position Summary

One role will be a generalist focused fully on project development
One to two hires will have a portion of their role that leans into the scientific modeling side of project development, benefit scoping and evaluation, science communication, and research.

Manage a quarterly portfolio review process for the Major Gifts team, with input from the Director of Prospect Research and Portfolio Management (DPRPM). The American Red Cross is currently seeking a Mobile SAF-IS Chapter Program Director at the Wiesbaden Chapter to support the Service to Armed Forces and International Services Division mission. This position is responsible for the Wiesbaden, Spangdahlem, Stuttgart and Benelux Military Communities. T his position is regional, but also part of our mobile staff which requires meeting strict medical and security clearances prior to employment. In this role worldwide deployment is a condition of employment. Mobile staff members typically deploy for 6 months at a time typically, approximately once every 18-24 months, and can be sent to any military base in the world. This position does require weekend and evenings as needed. Is an accompanied location. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: Supervise team to administer the delivery of American Red Cross services to a complex military installation and/or hospital, along with the associated United States military members, veterans, and their families in accordance with Red Cross policies and procedures. Manage the daily operations and provide guidance, support, and assistance to Red Cross offices in establishing, growing, and maintaining programs and services. Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers. Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures and other applicable Federal, State and local regulations. WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE GOOD: 1. Provide guidance, support, and assistance to Red Cross field personnel, and ensure SAF programs and services, Training Services, Disaster Cycle Services, and Armed Forces Blood Services are carried out consistently and in accordance with specified Red Cross policies and procedures within their assigned area. Responsible for management of a team which may include hiring, assigning work, coordinating, training, coaching, and evaluating performance of staff. 2. Build and cultivate external relationships with community leaders, senior military branch leaders, government, civic organizations and other charitable agencies. Capably represent Red Cross in dealing with diverse customer groups with differing regulations, procedures and missions. Outreach includes command meetings, education briefings, presentations or information sessions with community service organizations, local schools, etc. 3. Manage a volunteer program to meet the workforce model and enable delivery of programs and services. Assist with developing recruitment plans and ensure volunteer staff ratio reflects the diversity of the population being served. 4. Ensure the efficient and consistent delivery of programs and services to all clients in assigned area, including follow up and referrals. 5. Provide assistance on projects and work assignments as needed. Monitor and report on the outcomes and results of programs and services to ensure organizational accountability and make recommendations for continuous improvement to ensure metrics are consistently met. 6. Manage expenditures to ensure programs are operating within budget. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED : Education: Bachelor’s degree Experience: Minimum 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required. Managerial Experience: 1 year of lead or supervisory experience. Skills and Abilities: Must be able to operate independently, with initiative, and manage an assigned area of responsibility, with general supervision. Strong computer skills are required. Public speaking skills and the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing are required. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple priorities are essential. Familiarity with military culture, regulations and protocol is strongly desired. Ability to work on a team. For mobile positions: U.S. citizenship is required. Must be able to obtain a secret security clearance and a no-fee U.S. passport. Worldwide mobility is a condition of employment and an essential function of this position. Must accept work assignments anywhere in the world, including conflict areas, where the American Red Cross is providing services to members of the military and their families. Must meet strict medical and physical requirements, including immunizations required by the U.S. military. May be required to wear military uniforms, and live and work in harsh and stressful environment in conflict areas. Periodically accompanies the military on deployments. Travel: Travel may be required. *Combination of candidate’s education and general experience satisfies requirements so long as the total years equate to description’s minimum education and general experience years combined (Management experience cannot be substituted). A current, valid driver's license with good driving record is required.
