Essential Functions: Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Development Director (DD) will provide strategic leadership for the planning, implementation, evaluation, integration, and administration development department. The DD will lead a team of development professionals in achieving the organization’s revenue goals, increasing income, and educating and engaging more individuals and institutions in the to advance the organization’s mission. The DD will be part of a skilled team of professionals working to raise at least $5 million annually. The DD manages a multi-faceted fundraising program; central to this role will be prioritizing personal solicitation of major donors, events, online and direct marketing, and foundation fundraising.
Duties:
Work closely with the Development Team to establish fundraising goals, set strategic priorities, advise on program development, and develop and meet annual budget
Manage and build a growing team of development professionals, provide on-going guidance, direction, and motivation, hire team members and provide oversight to consultants as needed, delegate appropriately and ensure strong internal communication and coordination, and evaluate performance and provide opportunities for personal and professional growth
Work closely with the Boards of Directors to engage them more deeply in the fundraising process and to help cultivate a strong relationship between board members and the organization
Help track cultivation and prospecting activity and ensure the execution of action items
Solicit contributions from major individual donors and steward long-term relationships with donors
Develop relationships with prospective individual and foundation donors to increase funding
Research prospective institutional and individual funders
Work with internal partners to draft and edit proposals and reports
Track proposal and reporting deadlines, ensure that all submitted materials are accurate and comply with any funder requirements
Manage all grant activity in a central database and deliver regular reports to the Executive Director
Serve as the point person for management and maintenance of funders database and ensure efficient system utilization across all units
Oversee the implementation of ongoing programs to improve the renewal rates of existing annual donors, creatively use events to upgrade donors and maintain a diversity of revenue
Work with the VP of Operations to develop annual budgets and income projections
Stay abreast of political and philanthropic trends and ensure that Board and staff are informed of changes in legislation and other trends and initiatives that might impact giving
Competencies:
Experience in fundraising and achieving corporate s;ponsorships

A clear understanding of 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) nonprofit legal issues/structures.
Well-developed writing, interpersonal and organizational skills and experience managing staff
Commitment to organization’s mission and understanding of current policy issues and political landscape
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with, and quickly gain the respect and support of, various constituencies, including a visible chief executive committed to raising money, established development management team, active board members, other senior leadership, program directors and donors.
Experience as an effective communicator who is articulate and persuasive in both the spoken and written word; must be adept at crafting materials and making presentations to a variety of audiences

This position has supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment: This job operates in a typical office setting. This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a permanent full-time position. This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work.
Travel Requirements: This position has frequent travel throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.
Salary Range: $85,000-$100,000/year
Commensurate according to years of experience. All employees must meet a 6-month probationary period. Continuation of this position after one year is dependent on the successful candidate meeting jointly determined performance goals.

Enter, update, and retrieve information from teletype networks relating to wanted persons, stolen property, vehicle registration, stolen vehicles, and other information as needed. Monitor status and location of field units. Establish and maintain a daily log of all field calls and units dispatched. Track money packs taken in a robbery in appropriate electronic system and communicate with other agencies and officers on the street by appropriate electronic systems. Operate radio transmitting equipment, the computer aided dispatch (CAD) system and take command of critical incidents. Monitor the police department alarms, cameras, and records computer systems. Participate in the recruiting and hiring process. Select, supervise, train, and evaluate staff. Coordinate, implement, evaluate and conduct public safety dispatch training programs, training program participants and assign participants to appropriate dispatch positions. Complete timecards and performance evaluations. Initiate appropriate action to remedy staff deficiencies including but not limited to counseling, training, problem solving, and documentation. Participate in implementing discipline, notably performance documentation and verbal reprimands for minor policy and procedural violations. Monitor work activities to ensure quality and compliance within established policies and procedures. Participate in policy, procedure and existing standard development, recommendations, updates, and improvements. Assist in the implementation of approved policies, procedures, goals, and objectives. Interpret and explain policies and procedures. Schedule effective twenty-four (24) hour dispatch center operations. Establish schedules and methods for providing public safety dispatch services. Identify resource needs, review needs with appropriate management staff and allocate resources accordingly. Simultaneously perform the most complex duties of an Emergency Communications Dispatcher and public safety dispatching functions. Work under pressure, exercise good judgment and make sound decisions in emergency situations. Dispatch police and fire units to emergency or non-emergency locations, handling 911 and non-emergency phone calls and entering calls for service. Mange incoming phones which include 911 capable lines, texting to 911, TDD and secret witness text. Monitor dispatch and incoming calls to assure courteous, expeditious handling and good communication techniques. Assist employees and the public in difficult situations as needed. Enter, update, and retrieve information from teletype networks relating to wanted persons, stolen property, vehicle registration, stolen vehicles, and other information as needed. Testify in court regarding actions related to events as required. Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Maintain contact with all public safety units on assignment. Monitor status and location of field units. Establish and maintain a daily log of all field calls and units dispatched. Track money packs taken in a robbery in appropriate electronic system and communicate with other agencies and officers on the street by appropriate electronic systems. Operate radio transmitting equipment, the computer aided dispatch (CAD) system and take command of critical incidents. Monitor the police department alarms, cameras, and records computer systems. Participate in the recruiting and hiring process. Select, supervise, train, and evaluate staff. Coordinate, implement, evaluate and conduct public safety dispatch training programs, training program participants and assign participants to appropriate dispatch positions. Facility Property Manager General Duties: The Facility and Property Manager oversees the strategic plan, project management, budget, care, maintenance, and contracted work of assigned properties; and works with camp team to deliver services and maintain the site in a safe working order.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
Camp Facility Oversight
Oversight of the implementation of the property strategic plan within camp's strategic plan.
Responsible for the management of property security practices and procedures.
Provide oversight and care of maintaining camp facilities, grounds including roads and fences, property and program equipment, and machinery are in safe, well-functioning, working, and clean condition.
Ensure that all safety-related projects/needs are completed in a swift and timely manner and prepare facilities for changing weather conditions to reduce risk.
Manage daily tasks making autonomous decisions without management approval.
Conduct property assessments, inspections, and surveys for the need of immediate repairs and/or renovations, and long-term planning and property improvements.
Responsible for the follow through and updates of daily, weekly, and annual property SOPs.
Maintain a positive rapport and relationship with local sheriff, fire and rescue services for the safety and protection of camp.
Work with various state agencies for inspections, water systems testing and forest mitigation.

Facility Property Manager General Duties: The Facility and Property Manager oversees the strategic plan, project management, budget, care, maintenance, and contracted work of assigned properties; and works with camp team to deliver services and maintain the site in a safe working order.

Loveland Living Planet Aquarium in Salt Lake County, Utah is currently recruiting for a Life Support Manager. Position Description
America Votes is seeking a well-organized self-starter for a full-time position as Data Director. The Data Director plays a key role in the supporting campaign strategy and direct voter contact programs for the progressive movement. America Votes offers its diverse set of progressive partners a range of voter file, data, and targeting services. We seek a service oriented individual with a combination of technical and political skills for this work. This position is ideal for someone who is ready for a mid-level role in a campaign environment and has a passion for helping others do their best work, and is excited about the details and tools that power direct voter contact programs. This position reports directly to the Ohio State Director.
Location
This position is based in Columbus, Ohio and may require travel around the state. Other Ohio locations may be considered.
Responsibilities
Project Management: Support the state director in implementing America Votes' organizational goals, including REI goals. Participate in team creation of work plans and team benchmarks for success. Manage special projects to deliver on team goals.
Voter File Management and Maintenance: Manage voter file access for AV partner organizations and their consultants. This includes administration and security, training end-users, and providing technical assistance as needed. Work with staff, partners, vendors, consultants, and others for the acquisition, enhancement, manipulation, and management of voter and member data.
Management of Data Tools: Lead partner and organizational VAN and campaign data trainings. This includes identifying the various training needs, creating the necessary training materials, and leading the presentations. Provide support, including training and troubleshooting, for the implementation of various campaign tools.
Partner Support and Service: Work with partner organizations using the voter file and other technologies to support, enhance, and execute programs. Coalition Support and Service: Responsible for coalition alignment on data and targeting which may include participating and leading various work groups or other meetings. Work with staff and partner groups to ensure that political and voter contact programs are maximizing shared voter file, targeting, and other data resources. This includes supporting staff and partner groups to develop campaign plans. support coalition partners through the development of campaign plans (electoral, redistricting, voting rights, and issue campaigns), providing technical assistance, responding to programmatic requests and participating actively in long-range strategic planning for the Ohio progressive movement. Support, and sometimes lead, the creation and development of written reports and products. Deliver presentations to various stakeholders, sometimes on short notice.
Direct Voter Contact Strategy: Lead AV Ohio's data analysis and coordination efforts, and provide strategic data-driven recommendations to partners on campaign field and targeting. Lead data presentation development. Must be comfortable developing district profiles, landscape memos, slide show presentations, and other documents to communicate data analysis with key stakeholders.

Qualifications Required
At least one cycle of experience (at least 2 years) with statewide data responsibilities. This includes experience with planning, program implementation, and analysis.

Position Description
America Votes is seeking a well-organized self-starter for a full-time position as Data Director. The Data Director plays a key role in the supporting campaign strategy and direct voter contact programs for the progressive movement. America Votes offers its diverse set of progressive partners a range of voter file, data, and targeting services. We seek a service oriented individual with a combination of technical and political skills for this work. This position is ideal for someone who is ready for a mid-level role in a campaign environment and has a passion for helping others do their best work, and is excited about the details and tools that power direct voter contact programs. Responsibilities
Project Management: Support the state director in implementing America Votes' organizational goals, including REI goals. Participate in team creation of work plans and team benchmarks for success. Manage special projects to deliver on team goals.

This position is responsible for identifying data needs across DHS, OHA, other state agencies, and Stakeholder groups including 9-1-1, 2-1-1, and county behavioral health hotlines to support accurate, equitable, and effective systems and operational processes for OHA programs and crisis system service delivery. Essential Job Functions
Important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Manages department operations for procurement, maintenance, custodial activities, and construction projects.
Interprets, implements, and maintains compliance with all governmental and accreditation regulations.
Manages inventory on maintenance and custodial equipment and supplies. Researches replacement and upgrades in accordance to purchasing guidelines.
Conducts training for staff and contractors concerning safety procedures, safe operation of equipment, and machinery, materials handling and emergency issues.
Oversees snow removal and lawn maintenance operations on College property.
Manages annual physical plant budget to ensure efficiency in staffing and in use of materials and equipment.
Hires, trains, supervises and evaluates staff as well as manages contracted services.
Schedules and directs testing for fire prevention and safety as required by Local, State and Federal regulations.
Manages the College’s vehicle fleet, fuel system, and driving records of all employees that use fleet vehicles.
Partners with various College departments and divisions to prepare buildings and grounds for scheduled activities.
Receives, processes, and coordinates work requests for all facilities repair, maintenance, and custodial requests.
Monitors information sources regarding inclement weather and hazardous road conditions. Consults with the Vice President of Administration & Finance to make recommendations on College cancellations, late starts, and early dismissals.
Maintains records, files, maintenance agreements, contracts, and warranty information for equipment and mechanical systems.
Serves as liaison with architects, engineers, and contractors regarding new construction, major renovations, and remodeling.
Facilitates projects to ensure they are completed within time, design, and budget specifications.
Develops and implements short and long-range maintenance plans to ensure resources are effectively utilized.
Participates in College safety planning to ensure staff are educated on the regulations of state and local codes.
Oversees recycling and garbage disposal for entire campus as well as driving new green initiatives.
Evaluates and implements energy conservation methods.
Participates in reviews for ADA, EPA, DNR, OSHA requirements related to the college's campus and buildings.
Participates in campus committees as assigned.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Unless otherwise approved under Hawkeye’s remote work policy, regular on campus and/or onsite attendance is considered an essential function of the position.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management or Technology Management.
Three (3) years of experience in the operations, the maintenance, and the support of commercial buildings.
Must possess a current driver’s license valid in the State of Iowa and a driving record insurable by the College’s insurer. Must be able to obtain additional endorsements as needed.
Ability to obtain an OSHA 30-hour card for General Industry within twelve (12) months of hire.
Experience with commercial building construction, building systems and the required maintenance procedures for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression systems, low voltage systems (security/camera).
Knowledge of financial rules, required compliance regulations, laws, and procedures.
Must possess supervisory skills.
Knowledge of budget management and fiscal monitoring.
Knowledge of state and local building, safety, ADA, and health codes.
Demonstrated ability to work with a culturally diverse student population, faculty, staff, and the general public.
Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal communication.
Skilled in PDF applications, Microsoft Office Suite, Google applications, and video conferencing technology.
Has knowledge or experience working with low pressure steam systems.

Working Conditions
Anticipated schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm with occasional hours during the evening or weekends as need arises.
Work is performed either in or a combination of an office setting and/or classroom setting using technology. Requires good hand-eye coordination including visual acuity to use a keyboard and read technical information; arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp. Sit, stand, bend, lift and move frequently during working hours. During course of day, interact with students, faculty and staff in person, by telephone and computers.
Employment Status
